Lovely food and very friendly service, highly recommended. We ate at lunchtime, 6 kids and 4 adults (£100 total). Very child-friendly and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The adults had tapas, every dish of which was beautifully cooked and mouth-watering.

Lovely birthday meal for 8 people. Service was excellent and the food was delicious, hot and plentiful. Good choice of tapas. Waiting staff were very attentive and always on hand if anything needed. Would highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable to boot. Will eat here again.

We've eaten here on several occasions and the food has always been excellent. The staff are very welcoming and the pub is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The bar is dog friendly and a pleasant place for a nice lunch.

Newly refurbished and new owners, the Tapas on a Weds is superb value and 4 tapas between two is plenty. Great night out on a sat as well, nice cocktails. The staff are great... We have now visited a number of times and it turning into our local, so pleased it's turned into a well run pub.

I went here with a group of six in total. First impressions was that it could probably do with a touch of paint to freshen the place up a little however when it came to the food/food choice we was all more than happy. The service was OK, but then it did appear the person serving was also the barmaid, however I have waited longer at other places so it wasn't an issue. The food was great. Everybody was happy with the food and they even went as far to decorate the plates. Portion sizes where big so much so that we couldn't manage dessert. I was pleasantly surprised and will go back again! Its worth a visit!

Staff are always really friendly, beer is kept at a nice temperature. Got some social distancing measures in place, such as ordering at the bar and waitress bringing the drinks to your table.

However, we were disappointed to hear the chef placing a telephone order, in the restaurant, for frozen versions of everything we had just eaten.. we made an assumption that the food may have been freshly prepared on site but were slightly disappointed to hear otherwise

Great food, great service, great place ! Chose dishes off the Tapas menu after reading great reviews on here, and wasn't disappointed ! The halloumi fries and patatas bravas were absolutely incredible ! I didn't want them to end ! Thanks to all at the Cock Inn for a great lunch today !
