OK, put of salad and no vegan desserts and had to get the 2 for 1 Mondays refunded. Burgers were good as Temple of Seitan are excellent but too pricey if not 2 for 1. Tempke of seitan buffalo wings are excellent

Great environment and lovely service. Really nice food and amazing beer, of course. Really good central location. Vegetarian was really impressed with their food and with the good range of choices. Applying my discount for my second order was a pain because the error message didn't explain clearly enough what the issue was. Worked it out eventually but a hassle. Better error messages please.

Nice atmosphere and nice place to go for a night out. Brewdog drinks are surprisingly good and food - decent but pricey. I like their chicken wings but too spicy for my friends but right amount of kick for me (I like spicy food but I could have it more spicy)

Great Place! Amazing food and beer. Staff were lovely, lovely staff member Hanna. Vegetarian options were amazing, beer was very expensive. The parmesan truffle oil chips, were absolutely amazing ! Will definitely be having them again and would recommend to anyone. Only downside to the place was the long wait at the entrance around arrival, was slightly confusing. In addition to the place being very loud. But we had a great time here, would definitely recommend and will be coming back !

The staff in this place couldn't do enough for you. They're so cool, so sweet and so courteous. They're full of banter and balance that banter with hard work and dedication. The chef last night was all by himself with a huge function table of at least 10-12 people and he absolutely smashed it out of the park. What a guy! The food is absolutely gorgeous as well, highly recommend the vegan options for everything. The buffalo cauliflower wings were to die for and they nearly blew my head off which I wasn't expecting. I loved it and so did my partner. Its a very special place to us ❤️

A unique fresh take on food and drink. Expect keen staff who are friendly, welcoming and genuine. Expect the atmosphere to be relaxed and dogs are welcomed, which I loved. Two burgers, two sides, and two drinks came to a steep £50, quality was great. Blankets and water bottles were also provided which made the outdoor seating much more enjoyable. I'd go back. Makes service of other places look so poor.

I was excited to visit, I was reluctant to leave. What an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and chirpy, even during a busy Saturday night the food was unbelievable. I urge you to go! Absolute love Brewdog, definitely our favourite place to go out and eat in the city. Food is always absolutely incredible and the amount of vegan options on the menu is great! Staff are always really friendly and whenever we get delivery it’s always really well packaged and presented. Amazing!

Brewdog has a nice vibe and good food. It has Very good beer and a lot of options. I'd recommend for vegans and vegetarians too. The downside is it is very expensive too expensive in my opinion. Also from like 5 it can get pretty noisy but I don't mind that personally

Amazing food and of course incredible drinks. But a massive thanks to the waitress Amy, whose knowledge was second to none and was honestly the nicest person ever! Huge asset to the company!

The table ordered buffalo wings and fries, wings came out on their own and everyone was a bit confused. We made our complaint about the lack of fries and it was dealt with amazingly. Our group say it was the staff mistake and the staff say we didn't order fries. Either way, the manager Aaron was brilliant, sorted us all out. Regardless of who made the mistake the service that was given to deal with the issue was brilliant. The food was amazing. Mistakes happen, great service is all you can ask for in such situations and that is what we got

We are so glad with this place! We are new in town and we decided this was going to be our first place to visit after the lock down. It was so nice and well organised from the guy who helped us with the app till the waitress and also the guy who came and check on us, all of them lovely and helpful. I really appreciated the option of blankets as the day was a bit cold. The toilets are unisex and with sanitary products available for free. I had the vegan seitan in a beetroot bread it was so so yum and I specially liked the sweets potatoes on side. My bf was delighted with his meal; he said; “finally the real Buffalo wings” The waitress also recommended a real good beer; the hazy gin . We really loved and we are sure we will back

The tandoori lamb burger was without doubt the best burger I have ever had in all my 30 years of existence. It brings tears to my eyes even thinking about the day my life changed when my taste buds experienced such culinary perfection. The beer was okay but overpriced.

If I was rating just the food then my rating would be 5 stars. The service is another thing. The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you, but we waiting 55 minutes for our food! If it was busy I could understand but it was not at all busy. Errors with the order too but that was sorted quicky.

Amazing place all round. Staff were friendly, lots of great vegan options, I can't think of a single thing to complain about. Worst part was having to be outside in the not so great weather, but that's the fault of Covid restrictions and British weather, but even then the staff offered us blankets! Fantastic place, will definitely be returning :)

Had the best time here! Outstanding food, great beers. We made good use of the 241 vegan offer. I had the jackfruit burger, my partner chose the seitan burger....both were packed with flavour and totally delicious! The staff are fantastic, especially the young girl who served us (sorry, I didn't ask your name!) The place is well set out and welcoming. I would definitely recommend that you eat here.

I’ve been coming in for months. I gotta say whilst the food has always been good for the most part, the quality of service has slowly been going downhill. The last couple times I’ve been in the month have been especially bad service. Drinks taking forever to come out on days that haven’t been very busy. I saw a waitress make the drinks and leave them on the bar to be forgotten about for 5 minutes. Multiple members of staff just walking by probably to leave them for the next person. Nothing better than watered down drinks because the ice has been left to melt. Like I said, the food is mostly good (minus the portion size going down probably due to supply issues which they can’t be faulted for). I’ll probably still be coming in because to me I’m not easily put off by things like that however I know and all the friends I have taken here acknowledge that leaving drinks on the side to be someone else’s problem is just bad service.

WING WEDNESDAY!! I visited BrewDog the the first time last Wednesday and consumed as many wings as I could handle for only £10, with two tasty veggie options. The whole experience was great! Food was tasty & the beer was fantastic. To top it all off the waitress serving us (blonde pig tails and flowery trousers) was friendly and charismatic! My only negative is that I didn’t pluck up the courage to ask for her number. Maybe next time..

I have nothing negative to say about this place! We had such a lovely post lockdown night out at BrewDog Plymouth. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and the service was great. There is so much choice! The food was insane, wings, burgers and all veggie/vegan options that we tried were delicious. Drinks were as expected but, of course, being a BrewDog the standard was very high. They have really paid attention to small details to make guests feel welcome, blankets, hot water bottles and feminine hygiene products available in the unisex toilets we're all noted and appreciated. All in all a great place, great drinks, great food, great staff. Loved it!

Nice location as a BrewDog fan I was impressed with the size and location. Was a nice day for it I can imagine days in the sunny beer garden are nice.

Booked for a double Birthday celebration then received a call the night before to say they'd been let down by their food supplier but as we were travelling down from Wales we decided not to cancel......and so glad we didn't. Service, food & drinks were second to none with the biggest welcome reserved for our bulldog Charlie!!! Will definitely return. 👌

We had our first try at this restaurant and although it was in the rain, the experience was great. Firstly the food was top notch, offering a good split between plant based and non plant based options. We had sampled the lamb, vegan chicken & vegan beef burgers alongside a salad bowl and their own take on a "happy meal" which was nifty. As for drinks there was a lot to try and try we did! We had a go at their lone wolf gin alongside beers such as "the lost larger" "The Kingpin" "Elvis Juice and the "jagged edge", all fantastic and complimentary to the food we had. The staff were polite and very accommodating given the terrible weather. Overall I'd say check this place out. It has great food, good drinks and its location isn't half bad either. Personally I wouldn't stay there all evening to drink as it could get pricey very quickly but as a cheeky stop off for tea and a couple of drinks, you won't find better in this area! Good job team BrewDog. #ThatsNifty

I really tip my hat off to the staff there, who do their best to make everyone feel welcome (and it clearly comes naturally, they're a great bunch of people!) The buffalo chicken wings are to die for, I always take people there if they haven't been before. Keep up the good work guys!

2 for 1 vegan meals Monday was excellent, delicious burgers. Beers are very nice and so many to try. Seitan limitless wings were not so nice and very filling, overpriced for what it is.

The beer tasted way cleaner than other Brewdog bars I have been to, it was a really tasty pint. The burger I had really hit the spot, sweet potato fries crispy, about the best sweet potato fries I've had. I'm sure as it becomes more established and servers find their feet the service will get better. Can't fault their Covid restrictions, great work.

Had the best meal with my boyfriend today at Brewdog in Plymouth, all of your staff were so lovely and a credit to your business, it's nicely laid out and still very covid safe which is great! The atmosphere was so cosy and we felt super welcome. On arrival we were warned about the time it was taking for food and drinks which was very average for a Monday Bank Holiday making our expired all the more enjoyable, the food portions were incredible and the beer was awesome, with how busy it seemed the staff had everything under control and were always happy to help with anything. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back.🖤

Wonderful place!! We've ordered loads off deliveroo and their burgers are so delicious and then I've also been there in person twice now and the staff are so lovely! They even offered us blankets as it's very cold sitting outside which was such a lovely touch. Will be ordering and going there many times again, thank you!

My First trip to Plymouth since the relaxing of UK lockdown rules on the 17th of May. So as you can imagine the discussion for where to go for dinner had quite a large amount of importance. Myself and my boyfriend had a fab experience here when we visited yesterday. My boyfriend is a coeliac so he can't have gluten, and when we told the staff this they were on it straight away. They were so attentive in making sure they showed us all the available options and alterations, even going as far as to double check our selected menu items with the chef. Really top notch customer service, great food, good central location in the Barcode - will definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely loved our visit here. Well organised and such lovely and helpful staff! The option of hot water bottles and blankets as the as the sun went down was a great idea and I particularly enjoyed the unisex toilets with sanitary products available for free in every cubical. The service was prompt despite the busy atmosphere and the staff were friendly and funny, everyone enjoyed the food - the vegan chicken burgers and cauliflower wings were the real star 😍 Being a Brewdog the beer selection was fantastic but there was still plenty of options if that's not your thing - I would recommend Lonewolf gin, Brewdog's own creation. Basically it was an amazing evening at an amazing venue with amazing staff 😁

While we where enjoying our first drink the fire alarm was raised, very quickly staff where assisting patrons , taking us to the designated fire point and keeping us informed . Luckily only outside for Less then 15 minutes and we where back inside where free taste drinks where offerd . Well done Brew Dog

Waiting years for Brewdog to come to Plymouth and they didn't disappoint! Went for midday Monday and then went back at 8! When the rain came out, staff provided complimentary rainproof ponchos. When it got cold, they provided hot water bottles! Lovely touches that they didn't have to do but made the experience that much better! And the fact that it's a Brewdog means that the beer is, now, the best in Plymouth!!

Dropped by today after spotting it on a day out in Plymouth. Looks like it opened this week and was already very buzzy. Lots of outdoor seating and a good selection. Sorry to say that the service wasn’t up to scratch. I used the app to order but it took over 15 minutes for two drinks to get to my table. Looked like a fair few tables had problems with orders too. HOWEVER, the benefit of the doubt is needed as this could just be initial teething problems. I’m wishing this BD every success as they (deservedly) strive for world domination.

Gave 4 because service staff are having a hard time at the moment. While we ordered separately on the "order to table" system, we did so within a few minutes of each other and our orders came out at drastically different times, don't recommend ordering that way if you want to eat as a group.

New location for Brewdog with the tried and tested design of other bars, great organisation, good beer and lovely friendly staff.Hot water bottles and blankets brought out for those in between sunshine moments on opening day. 👍 Unfortunately could not spend anytime inside due to current Covid restrictions (except for loo visits) But looking forward to the day when we can get the full experience.
