K. T.A very long time since I have been here. Since then, you no longer can smoke in a pub (good move that). New(ish) owners, fewer locals, lorra lorraa holiday punters eating the faqmilty out!!. Decent menu, not overpriced. Best burger in a pub setting i HAVE EVER EATEN and well recommended.

C.Spent a lovely evening having a few drinks and a meal. Warm welcome, candle light and roaring stove. Still keeping its local feel. Burgers excellent, fillet steak wonderful and Bunny Chow very tasty. Shared an excellent cheese board.

L. H.Phil and Arthur took over the Mildmay back in Oct of 2017. We've eaten here a number of times and always had a warm and friendly welcome. The bunnychow is great South African fare and comes highly recommended. Arthur is also happy to do something simpler for the kids, so everyone's happy. Not bargain pricing, but good value for good food and a pleasant atmosphere.
