A. A.Nice location and a few good ales on. Food times are limited so check before you book.
Quick update, the pub is shut down for the foreseeable future due to covid19. The place is empty as of Thursday 6th August 2020. Shame as its a nice pub. The ferryhouse Inn is a short walk away and has a good selection of beers and ciders. The food is nice also.

A. O.I had a meal here on Christmas eve with my family & I have to say it was lovely. warm friendly owners & a welcoming coal fire burning in a hearth. But best of all without doubt the best steak & ale pie I've had & I've had quite a few before & since. Go here just for the pie if for no other reason.

I have a new menu with affordable price, 10oz rump steaks with tomato, mushrooms, chunky chips, fried egg, peas and a salad garnish for £9.95 ,mixed grills for £13.95, specials daily, sandwiches, hot baguettes plus lots more. So try the meals for yourself and feel made welcome. Many thanks and look forward to seeing you , the chef.
D. M.Great pub down by the river Tamar with a superb view of the gateway to Cornwall, the Tamar Bridge. Good beer and food, well worth a visit if you get down to Plymouth.
T. P.What a lovely pub overlooking the Tamar and almost under the famous Brunel's railway bridge. Nice friendly staff makes this a relaxing place to visit for a drink.
P. C.Cracking pub. Not many beers but the chilli con carne is excellent. I had the HOT option which was perfect for me.
Nice to sit outside with excellent views of the Tamar.
