L.I enjoyed my welcome I'm going to be a regular everyone feels friendly cheep beer I'm happy days I would recommend it to anyone better than the firkin scholar pub on paradise place that service flat beer and warm glasses the owner as ran at least 4 pubs to the ground including the drake and drum
B.Great local pub, regular live music at the weekend. Good selection of drinks and good levels of staff.

G. J.Great pub atmosphere, regular music at weekends, including local talent Lizzie Corrish, Chelsa Glover, Sarah Q and many others.
Start times for musicians varies but is generally 9PM Friday and Saturdays and 6PM Sundays.

P. M.Very good service and selection of drinks bar staff are very friendly and the owners are very good to they will always look after you
G. J.A bright friendly atmosphere friendly staff clean and comfortable an excellent place to have a nice cold pint and watch the football on a Saturday afternoon an even better place to start off your Friday or Saturday night
M. T.Always clean welcoming and hospitable. The landlord (Scarffy) hosts as if from his own living room and is very accomodating. Family friendly.
A.Great local pub with well conditioned Ale and great place to meet friends or locals warm welcome from the staff.
