J. K.Loved this place. Looks like they are starting up. It is different and interesting. Great selection of interesting beers, many from Germany. Also some tasty and less usual food options. Service was was friendly too.

C. P.This is well worth trying and visiting. Good vibes, even better food and drinks. Nicely spaced out and modestly furnished. The food is the real star with authentic German sausages and food. The currywurst is superb. Now if they could do that sitting on top of fries with a dollop of mayo on the side and I would give 6/5.
P. C.Just popped in for a bite to eat. Friendly greeting on arrival. Great outdoor space to the rear. Decided to have food. Chicken wings, nice and spicy, halloumi fries, delicious and chicken burger. All served quickly and fresh. Had my first taste of pineapple beer, omg it was delicious. Hubby had the black beer. Excellent all round visit here
N. P.Had such a great time for my friends birthday, even found a beer I liked and I'm fussy!!! Great food, a really sausage treat (sorry for the rude reference 😜) highly recommend, will be going back to try more soon I'm sure 😀

J. Y.Not yet eaten here, but there’s a great range of drinks at really good prices. The owner and staff are really welcoming and take the time to talk you through the different beers. Really pleased that they have a gluten free ale on (Odin). Great to have another dog friendly pub in Kirkham.

D. C.Superb real ale (Lakeside pale ale) and excellent cold platter. It is becoming more difficult to get a good pint of real ale, so it refreshing to drink in an establishment where the bossman keeps a good selection.
Something different from the growing trend of microwavable fast food served up in most pubs.
Now my pub of choice in Kirkham & area.

K.Absolutely outstanding place the beers are phenomenal just reminds me of being in Germany the owner and staff are class welcoming friendly great knowledge of beer and the bar lady pours the beers to perfection ! They also listen to the customers on ideas for beers I've been hunting for a long time in England for a good German/continteal bar this is the best I've ever been to
