Always have a great time here. Sunday NFL nights are a great atmosphere and Super Bowl night was buzzing. The Monday Pub Quiz is a great laugh, great staff too. Also great service from James and Liam as always

I'm somewhat unimpressed with the new menu, The more classic pub approach with high quality of the kitchen would definitely be more approximated in such a central location in Preston Uclan campus. But they offer good selections of drinks, definitely a great place to visit with friends for a few drinks.

The Adelphi has had a facelift and it's absolutely beautiful. New menu, new pub, new beer garden. The food is delicious and the menu is wonderful! Lots to choose from and plenty of vegan and gluten free options. Lovely staff, really nice atmosphere.

Had a great time at the Adelphi. Great atmosphere on a Wednesday with the karaoke! Was served by Anthony and he was great! Very welcoming. All the other staff seemed nice and a nice outside area too! Would definitely go again!

oh my god...what a place. I have never been more amazed with the service I have received in any bar or restaurant I have visited before. The staff are SO friendly and fun! They well and truly make the experience. That's not to over shadow the tasty menu! I tried a couple of dishes that I absolutely loved. The angry fries were my favorite and the vegetarian burger is one of the best around. Well done to you all for being so amazing!

Where do I begin...... This pub has always been at the centre of attention during university and it's understandable why! Yet it is fantastic all year round for sports, calender appropriate events and private hire! Customer service with genuine and wholesome characters! Which make you feel inclusive amongst the family! Came on a reminisce as I used to go to UCLAN and haven't been back for 20 years. The Adelphi was always our go to after lectures and it was lovely to come back and see. Can't fault the service or standards. The food was delicious and nice to wash it down with a pint of Clwb Tropica. Can definitely recomend.

Lovely friendly staff, but the pub is in need of some love. Food was pretty average ordered chicken strips and chips. Will be great to see what the new look Adelphi is like. Adelphi has been our local go to for years, so a refit is great, will update the review following the refurbishment.

I went in for a few drinks with my mates today and the atmosphere was great we where served by a lovely girl called aimèe who even thought the bar was packed still made sure to be friendly, pollite and povide a profecional and quick service

Took 20mins to download the more app due to the wifi/slow internet so make sure youve done this before you enter! We had the sharing platter with sweet potato fries as an upgrade - was delish & will deffo order again! Staff were very covid-19 conscious & welcoming. We will be back soon :)

At first you might think this is just a student pub but it is actually so much nicer than that! My food was really good and the staff didn't get annoyed when I was being fussy about what was on my burger! Cheap drinks and a good atmosphere especially for the football!

Our group had a really great night here on 18th June watching the footy (England v Scotland), despite the rank performance by England. Lucy is fantastic and organised everything for us beforehand and looked after us on the night. She is very dedicated and deserves to succeed. Good food too and great service from all staff. One of the best pubs in preston, very good prices on both drinks and food, there's a pool table and consoles for you to burn some time or even for a casual get together with some friends, also they host drum and bass nights from time to time on the second floor which is a great place to go for a change from the saturated usual club scene in preston. Absolutely recommend either for the alternative event night out or the pub evening with some friends.

In for the world cup semi finals. Ended up with a table reserved by chance as I'd arrived early incase one was cancelled, so score on that front! Lots of TVs about and obviously it was super busy! We wanted to order food. Took our time choosing something so went n ordered. Pretty much everything wasn't available! Think of a double sided A4 menu. They only had (from what I saw coming out) burgers, onion rings, pickles, wings, fries. I chose 3 things to be told that it weren't Available. Theyre changing menu's. Poor time to be doing that me thinks? I imagine they lost a lot of money during world cup dates with lack of options! Its also Wing Wednesday and 25p a wing which they had but get this.. you can't have anything on them whatsoever! They come plain?? I know, crazy right. I saw they had blue cheese and hot sauce as a topping for some set wings on the menu priced at £4 something. Was told 'no, we can't put that on Ur wings it would mess with the stock levels' Haha! So your offering plain wings with absolutely zero sauce or topping on em as 25p a wing. She then suggested I just put brown or tomatoes sauce on em??? So that makes it steep! Never heard anything so hilarious. But yeah my grind was with the food and lack of forthought during an obviously busy time. They should have produced a menu of what they DID have to save time and confusion seens as it was so so little. I was forced to abandon my 25p wings and choose the more expensive wings on the menu JUST TO GET the blue cheese! Still fuming 6days later lol Mess with the stock levels... As if.
