M. T.This was the perfect venue to celebrate New year's eve! It was a very sophisticated atmosphere and great that the live band play the music we want to hear. The food was great too! Would defo like to go back again for another night out. Its different to any other bar in Reading.

Shame the service at the bar did not match.
Very long wait times (15 mins or more) at the bar, not sure if it was not enough staff as saw staff just wondering around rather than helping at the bar.
If that can be sorted out would return.
N. L.Wow- Really unique concept, the bands play almost any request you make! The food was tasty and good value for money. Playlist had a good range of cocktails, again well priced. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, when we spotted some of our friends who were attending the venue also and asked to be moved to the table next to them. This was arranged with no fuss.
This is the perfect place for celebrations, I will be booking my birthday here for sure. Well done Playlist!
S. E.Myself and my friends visited Playlist for the first time on Saturday. We had dinner and drinks. The food quality was good and reasonably priced. The cocktails were scrumptious. There was a good atmosphere and the band was really good. Will definitely be returning.

Came with a group of friends for bottomless brunch. Service was incredibly slow for the first hour, with some members of staff being rude to members of our party. However, we are very grateful to server Alex, who saved our experience! He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we received value for money on our brunch tickets, despite the delay in service. Thank you Alex!
W. Y.This place started to get better and better. Nice place with live music, good cocktails, dancefloor and you can even make requests and they will play announce it and play it for you or your date. Staff is very friendly and hardworking. Its an ideal place for single men because for some reason the 70% of their costumers are ladies.
A special shout out to Ricardo who served me as quick as possible and made my day with his jokes and friendly attitude.
N. M.This is my third visit to Playlist Live and I must say, no other venue in Reading provides myself and my group of friends more entertainment than this place! The service is very fast , the cocktails /food up to a very high standard and staff goes way and beyond to accommodate! Above all the live music and the facts we can request own songs to be played is such a brilliant idea!! I have even brought my mother for ‘Spice Girls vs. Beyoncé’ bottomless brunch this saturday -and the service really appeals to a wide age range as my mother had a blast too ! Phenomenal , I will be back soon!
S. T.This was the 4th visit to this venue and I didn't enjoy it as much. Cannot fault the staff they are A1, super friendly & helpful, but it was the decision to put 4 tables in front of the band - there was no room to dance as it restricted what I always presumed was the dance floor which is as also the walk way so it was very disjointed and disappointing as no where to dance when a good tune came on !! We knew some of the people sitting on these tables and they wanted to move as they hated it. I understand they must want to accommodate as many people as they can make as much money as possible but they need to re- think the table layout.
I won't be rushing back.
