K. O.Lovely atmosphere, really helpful and sweet staff! Theres two major rooms, toilets (didn't see an accessible toilet) and a photo booth. I really recommend the honey bee drink, honey, creamed and roasted notes! Everything is for card payments even the photo booth. I will definitely come back! A lovely night out.
T. R.Really friendly & good music. I Went in a big group for my birthday they made a section up for us to sit all at short notice. Then the manager bought me a bottle of vodka out with sparklers. Thank u very much! Only thing that I found slightly annoying was the prices of drinks but overall all a nice place to go.

I can't praise the staff enough that night, as the service was refreshingly top-tier, when compared to the surrounding bars/pubs/clubs.
An extra kudos goes to the barman Alex, who had such a genuinely friendly attitude, and clearly knew what he was doing. We don't drink cocktails much, so we were a little unsure, but his advice & suggestions meant that the 3 we had, tasted incredible!
All in all, it's safe to say we'll definitely be coming back!

Becky was our main server and was so quick to deliver drinks, and other staff (guy with iguana tattoo) taking our drinks immediately after we finished - amazing customer service +bonus points for becky's dance moves 💃 the 2 for £10/12 deal is good for students like me with no money and we will definitely return, might even apply to work here as it feels like a good working family. Keep up the good work guys 👍 👏
P. T.We had a large family party here and had good time. Food and service was pretty good. But a few current menu items not available. But being bank holiday weekend. Can be expected. Toliets was what you could call . Clean but a bit musty with hand drier not working.
S. C.Redeemed virgin experience voucher for a different kind of afternoon tea. The booking process with the events team was very slick and helpful in adding extra people to our party.
On the day we were expected and didn't have to wait long for the food. The cocktails were nice and more than enough food! Even though afternoon teas are known for serving food all together, it would have been nicer if the hot cookie skillet and ice cream was served after the "main" as it was a cold melted mess by the time we got to it...still tasty though!
Overall a positive experience. It wasn't a typical afternoon tea with loaded fries and burgers instead of scones and sandwiches, but that's why we chose it and it didn't disappoint!

When I went back on the following Friday the staff were overwhelmed with boozers and the service for food was very slow. But they were still friendly.
Although it's a bar I can't comment on that side of it as I don't drink. But as I sat and ate endless videos were showing with their colourful range of cocktails. They must make a fortune, but not from punters like me...
Best thing about this place is the discount card which costs £3 and the 25% that it offers is immediately applicable to the bill. My burger should have been a tenner, plus £3 for the discount card, and it only cost £8...?
On the way out the two tough-looking bouncers said "goodbye" and I was so shocked (bouncers never say anything friendly and they usually scowl at me) that I didn't reply. I wonder if this friendliness comes from the fact that many reviews here are complaints about the bouncers. I also wonder if the complainees were drunk and disorderly when they tried to get in?
C. T.First time to Revolution and it was for an corporate event. The private bar was staffed well and large variety of drinks available. We had food too which was both halal and normal food too. Price is per head I assume and it was a good evening. The room is at the back of Revolution and you walk through the normal bar/restaurant to get to it. With facilities to do presentations and dance after the 'hard work' had been completed. There was comfy seating either side to enjoy yourself with your work colleagues

Great decor as with the table covering in the photo. Looks to be a good place also for a noisy weekend evening with lots of cocktails. Clean and good service.

They specialise in vodka cocktails, all of which are very nice. The staff are are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended place to go for a drink or a meal.

Only bit that lets this venue down are the flies on the toilets. Seemed to be lots of them and not v pleasant to have to deal with.

My only comment would be that all the cocktail options seemed to be very sweet, would have bee great to have more options.

D.Great atmos from this venue, security are good and approachable which is always nice. Usual cocktails for revs, plenty of staff with 2 bars and cocktails are made in good time with minimal wait time. Seating area gets transformed into a dance floor, can't wait to go back and maybe reserve a table.

A. R.Visiting the restaurant in the context of a business lunch, it was quiet with ambient music playing at a good volume, allowing for conversation.
Food menu seemed varied, with burgers, pizzas, steaks and salads, with the drinks menu seemingly keeping up the pace to it.
Decided to go for a salad, a choice with usually entails some risks but, in Revolution's case, was a good one. The salad was very tasty and well done.
Service was always very nice, with quick response time and pleasant demeanour.
Will visit again for lunch.
R.I went there for a few times and every time I had a great service and great food and drink, keep up the good work... Also at weekdays it is quiet so you can talk with your friend without shouting and thats one of the big reasons that I choose to be in here. Weekends and nights are also amazing, the music is great, many thanks for being wonderful...

Our waiter was amazing, funny and friendly. The food was to die for. Just when you didn't think it could get better it did. Generous portions and delightful combinations. Honestly we hardly had room for pudding! Lucky we found space. The vanilla and raspberry cake with procecco was my highlight! Exceptional. There is a great variety of cocktails and some appetising mocktails that look fantastic. We had a really great time for our Christmas meal. I'm sure I'll return and enjoy it just as much a second time. I would recommend to anyone for anything from lunch to special birthday meals and anything in between.
D. B.Burgers are nice here and if you get a black card it can be really cheap. You get 25% off food any day of the week, also certain drinks are cheaper. Its in a good area of Reading very close to the train station. Service is friendly and welcoming, cocktails and shots deals are good value.

During the weekend nights when you want to go to the club it is another story with rude bouncers and unexperienced bar tenders who are not up to date with some basic cocktail receipts. It's a shame since the place have a great potential.

R. R.It has 2 large rooms with a smoking area at the back. There are 2 bars, one as soon as you enter and another next to the dance floor. The place is well decorated with a modern feel to it. There are plenty of seating areas available if you just want to chill rather than dance later in the evening. There is a cloakroom but was closed when I went.
