J. G.We arrived a little late as it was nearly kitchen closing time. À lovely girl working behind the bar advised us of the kitchen timings. I explained I'd order for my daughter who was arriving on 20 Minutes. They kindly provided great and I really mean good food as they arrived. Surroundings excellent. Great place
P. B.Popped in about 8pm for dinner whilst away on business and we were adequately fed with a couple of steak pies, a lovely burger and a lamb shank. Food was lovely and no complaints from us four. Lovely gravy with the shank and a nice couple of beers each too. Recommended.

A. R.Visiting for a group Christmas dinner, the atmosphere was welcoming, with the food served pleasant to taste and sight, a decent selection of beverages and service with a warm smile. Lighting was good (if you're a fan of pubs where you can barely see an inch in front of you, sorry) and sound wise, while there was a rather intense murmur from the quantity of attending patrons, never became unbearable.
H. G.Friendly pub that can get busy at peak times- so call ahead. Food is reasonably priced with very generous portions and tasty. Menu also gets updated quite often. Does a 10 % discount for students and NHS staff as an added bonus.

Have been visiting the Three Tuns for several years now, and it has gone from strength to strength over the last few years. Warm and welcoming staff, great atmosphere, good food and drinks selections, very dog friendly - they even came round with doggy treat in an ice cube on a hot day! Can't wait for pub quiz to be back!
A. T.I have been to the Tuns many times and they never disappoint. Customer service always goes above and beyond, the food is tasty and affordable and a great selection of spirits on offer (I'm yet to make my way through all the gin flavours). The team can always be seen with a smile on, even albeit under a mask, and my friends always love the music they play. A firm favourite for students and families

O.Arrived on site at this place and i couldn't have asked for an amazing greeting from the owners dogs, they were extremely friendly, and Leanna who runs the pub is an absolute Star, she invited us inside and let me do what i had to do in the gents washroom facilities, she's a credit to the pub, Extremely Professional and polite and very patient with us, she's always happy, and friendly to the public and staff on site, I always feel like im a nuisance while on site but she always puts us at ease.. 👍.. T. A.This is a very pleasant pub with friendly efficient staff in all areas. I was part of a party of up to 80 people for a private function. The buffet provided was excellent with a fine variety of dishes. The beer was well kept with a good choice of draught real ales and cask beers. Tables were kept free of empty glasses through the evening without the staff appearing to intrude. Disabled access and toilets are good.

C.At 6.00 pm on a Tuesday evening it was practically empty so it felt cold and not welcoming but the lady behind the bar was very nice. I asked for a tea and she gave me an extra tea bag in case I like my tea strong. That was a nice touch.
I'll try to come back when it is busier.

G. W.Very decent Greene King pub. Standard menu full of affordable options served by capable staff. Excellent selection of real ales on tap. Could do with offering a 125ml wine option.
S. M.The Tuns closely briefly a few months ago, and has emerged for the summer with a beautiful exterior and a lot of outdoor seating, completely re-done interior with new taps for ales and craft beers.
On top of that, they're starting up with quiz nights on Thursdays and seem to really be bustling. Staff are lovely, food is good.

R. S.This pub is owned by Green King but not run by them. It is a free host with a wider selecting of ale. Food also not the Green King menu but food for lunch today was excellent. TV on if you want it but specious enough to avoid it
M. L.The staff were lovely and they provided crackers and decorations for our Christmas meal. The chocolate fudge cake was to die for. I only withold the last star because I asked for my steak medium rare and it was more medium well/well done, but it still tasted nice. Prices were also very reasonable.

C. H.A good local pub, that in 2016 has been transformed from a run-down roadside boozer into the kind of place you can happily while away an afternoon and evening. Now fully redesigned & refurbished, it has a wide selection of beers, friendly staff, reasonably priced PubCo food and large terraces (oh, and they are dog-friendly to boot)

Unfortunately what was disappointing was the food. I went with work colleagues at lunch time, so it wasn't busy; however we were informed that the chef had called in sick. When we arrived we found out that the menu on their web page is out of date- it would be nice if this could be updated. When our food arrived it all looked nice but we then found that it was luke warm and the plates were stone cold. On eating, the food turned out to be quite bland as well, and some had burnt chips while others had fine ones. The bread was also not particularly good quality.
I would say it's a lovely pub to have a drink in, or outside when sunny as there are lots of tables outside, but I don't recommend the food.
