my phone was stolen from my bag while in jesters, i went to the staff for help and they were amazing. i was looked after while waiting for closing so they could look for it, and when they didn't find it they tracked my phone and found where the person had taken it and the owner of the club went and got it back for me. the absolute best customer service you could ask for and everyone was so so so kind.

Everyone knows Jesters if you are a student in Southampton or even the locals. Jesters is half night club, half bar (Clowns). Jesters is underneath and houses good music, cheap alcohol and a mosh pit type dance floor. It is nowhere near as bad as some festivals but definitely an experience. If you haven't been, go! It deserves a 5 star because its Jesters! Haha!

Absoloutely astonishing gold mine here. Been a local for 7 years now and come back every year it just gets better ! Good food, great selection of sauces and jesters is the cleanest, nicest, most wholesome fun place out of all the nights in southampton. Friendly staff, 100% would recommend!

It's weirdly gross and weirdly amazing. As soon as you are the slightest bit tipsy the atmosphere is amazing and the music is perfect. Only wear what you don't mind getting ruined for anything other than jesters. But it is always an awesome time. The drinks are extremely reasonably priced. It is the perfect place for a drunken night out but obviously if you don't want a drunken night out go somewhere else.

The night club in jesters feels a little bit of a dump: old bare stone walls and straw on the floor... the bar upstairs, on the other hand is quite pleasant. The drinks selection is good, the place isn't too loud, and it's not usually crowded.

Scruffy af but you don't go there to be clean! Cheap and cheerful drinks, amazing music (although last time it was a bit dubsteppy) great smoking area. As long as you don't need to go to the toilet (or drunk enough not to care) you'll have an amazing night!

A niche club very popular with students. Not for the faint hearted. Very cheap drinks (especially on Monday nights), and a large number of benches/sofas for seating. Small dance floor but a great music selection.

Jester's is a strange place, its grotty, the toilets don't have doors and you need to wear shoes you don't care about getting ruined, but I guarantee you with copious amounts of the famous "Jestical" cocktail you'll have one of the best nights out in Southampton!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. I ticked off all "10 things to do at Jesters" (A must do). REMEMBER YOUR JESTERS SHOES or your shoes will get sticky as heck. Also I recommend watching the "How to pull at Jesters" YouTube video. Very helpful. The twobicle was very cute and I'm planning on getting my gold card.
