S. F.I didn't eat here, which is the reason for giving 1 star short of the 5.
This is a good pub with a smaller interior, but it also has a very large sheltered garden, with tables which easily allow for social distancing from other groups. The garden also boasts a good size covered stage, which is great for the live music which the landlady supports.
Decent beer, a great space & a landlady who cares about her customers.

r. f.Love this pub! What I would call your old school type of pub, how they should be before they decided most of them should be restaurants, massive garden out the back with a stage for events they will/have had.
A. M.The staff are always friendly here and they have pool tables and a juke box. It is a cash only place so remember to bring money. The drinks range is OK but don't have any ales on tap. The ladies loo was a bit of a mess but probably not the pubs fault that someone had left it that way.
