Reviews of The Dusty Barrel

Great place! I often go to this quality boozer. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. The range of ales is always changing so the world is your oyster if you like your ales! Normally at least 8-10 different varieties to choose from and they like to promote local breweries too. They also do cider, wines, spirits and soft drinks. They have an upstairs with a fair amount of seating that often has either live music or open decks for playing a huge array of vinyl. The downstairs seating by the bar is ample with a recently extended area of seating outside. Dogs are welcome with water bowls and treats available for them. Nice clean toilet facilities with a very welcome added extra (you'll have to visit to enjoy this - I'm not spoiling the surprise). Trust me, you won't be disappointed by this place. Enjoy!

Having a good friend who lives on this side of the county has it’s benefits. You get to find new places to visit like this! A craft beer and brewery on one site. Very popular with the locals. It has a variety of beers (some quite potent!) it has outdoor seating that catches the sun during the day. A laidback vibe that is sure to please. Well worth a visit.

What an amazing place. I don't really drink but had a pint of strawberry cheesecake beer and it was lovely! The place has a great vibe, the music was exceptional, bit of Dire Straits, bit of Hendrix, that kind of stuff. Just a really cool place to go. Will certainly head back again.

Cool little drinking hole with a selection of craft ciders and ales. Layout is set up in favour of social environment, with long tables and bench seats.
Prices were reasonable and not inflatable like some "Trendy" establishments.

Two friends and I visited for the first time this evening and were very impressed by the ales, atmosphere/ambiance and service. It’s a real treasure and I wish that we’d visited sooner. Highly recommended.

Great selection of beers, gluten free cans and nice seating outside. Only stopped for a half but will be heading back tomorrow 👍🏽

Good mixture of beers, nice to see a good old bitter there too.

One of the best tap houses I have been too, really good selection of beers and the staff are always great.

A great place to go for rotating beer taps with some delicious ciders as well. I could not recommend playing board games upstairs enough!
