First time we dropped in. Bit of a wait for food but the staff was lovely and they have a fantastic play area for the kids. My grandchildren loved it. Will definitely be going back

Good food at sensible prices served in a reasonable amount of time to say it's cooked fresh, this was Father's day and quite busy. Service friendly and welcoming.

Lovely friendly public house. Was quite busy due to Rugby being shown on the big screened T.V. Food menue had a very good range of foods on offer to both adults and children. I was 1 of a party of 4 adults of whom all had different types of meals and everyone enjoyed their meal. I had a meal from their specials board of Venison Stew with new potatoes and vegetables, it was delicious. I would highly recommend The Glen. Keep up the good work everyone.

This public house suits different types of clientele local workmen finishing their days work,there is a good sized garden for families and two areas with Tv's for those who like sport. Food is typical pub food but well presented. Downside is a small car park and the fact there have been ownership changes I fear standards may change.

Not the greatest, probably down to the clientele, but no one seems to know or care about social distancing. But a couple of staff were very good fighting a losing battle. Ale kept well, but are finding that everybody has got the same stuff, which is disappointing especially when doing a bike ride to get the Cask Marques at these out if the way establishments.

Great pub, Sunday lunch is great plate piled high, very competitive prices don't know how they do it for the price. I found the pub very well kept and clean. Friendly staff and the young people who do the serving are great. Hats off to you all. Great

Well organized, the QTap app works really well. 10p service charge with quick delivery is fantastic. The garden is a sun trap while another part of the garden is covered with heaters.

Lovely little pub with a nice garden and play area for the children. The food was lovely but a star has been knocked off for the wait, two sandwiches took nearly 50 mins to arrive on what seemed like a non busy lunchtime.

Nice pub - food good but nothing fancy just plan pub grub - play area for children. If sat outside make you take insect repellent as the evening we went the insects were out in force and got bitten several times ( just one of those things when sat outside)

I have not been in The Glen very much recently apart from a drink outside. Having read many of the current reviews I would agree with them in that it's a very good place to spend some time even with the current regulations, which are well provided for.

Well just an honest pub, food is nice, the waitress was amazing she was very polite and helpful, (be careful or you'll get your beer knocked over you lol) joking aside would definitely recommend to anyone

Friendly local pub. Busy when the football is on, quiet otherwise. 4 cask ales on tap (Ringwood, HSB, Doom Bar plus guest) and selection of cider too. Also has a function room. Not beautiful but comfortable.

Normally meet my wife here for early dinner when she finishes work at least once a month. Car park is quite often full of workmens trucks who also use for dinber. Today she had ham egg and chips and i had a gammon. Good god chef must have thought i was two people. A very large thick gammon with fried egg and pineapple slice. Chips, mushrooms, onion rings,2 fried tomatos peas and salad. Very nice indeed but now suffering cos ate toi much. Definitely worth visit.

(Translated) A pub connected to the British stops So you can also spend the night there in your motorhome. We did this for 2 nights. The pub has good food, many types of beer and certainly a very cozy atmosphere. Really recommended. (Original) Een pub aangesloten bij de British stops Je kunt er dus ook in je camper overnachten. Dit hebben we 2 nachten gedaan. De pub heeft goed eten, veel soorten bier en zeker een heel gezellige sfeer. Echt een aanrader.
