Visited a few times whilst cruising up and down the Caldon canal - the pub is 10 mins walk from thr Engine lock just over the lift bridge. Brilliant local, great beer, friendly atmosphere, lovely landlady - thank you Margaret!

I live in Baddeley Green and went to the Foaming Quart after 5 hour walk today. Very friendly and great venue. Definitely will be back as it’s only about 10-15 mins bike road from me. 👍🍺

Just 10 mins walk from where i live.Its a nice friendly pub and if you are feeling a little peckish there are bar snacks availible and seating out side nice in the summer months and a car park available.
