The staff are extremely friendly, great at diffusing conflict and serve extremely quickly. The pub has plenty of social spaces and a large smoking area/beer garden, drinks are reasonably priced and footy is on the big screen, what more could you want?

We looked on the web for a pub that dogs can go into and children we had our 11 month old grandson with us and puppy. We was viewing a car so didn't know the area. It came up with this pub.The lady helped my husband with the drinks to the garden so very friendy and helpful.we had a bread roll with filling in.which was really nice. We sat in the garden which was also nice. If i lived in the area i would use this pub more. Very nice place.

The Jolly Potter has just recently re-opened after being closed for a couple of years, Mark and Ade are very friendly and professional so it makes it a lovely place to ho and visit, I will be visiting often 😊

Big fan of this pub. Super friendly staff reasonable priced drinks and a general good atmosphere. It has a pool table and a great outdoor area located at the back. Highly recommended.

I went here once and from what I got from when I was there was very small bar space but staff were nice enough. The pool area is good. Although was taken over by unattended children mucking about and breaking pool cue and just being rude. The beer garden was nice actually and despite being busy it was actually quite big there and the event they were holding at the time which was the fireworks event was cheap however the food and hot drinks weren't worth the prices they were asking.

Most down to earth, welcoming and relaxed pub in Stoke on Trent. Worth a visit if you want to put your feet up and drink a nice draught ale (they also have plenty of choice for whiskey, gin and rum too)

new favourite for a cheeky drink and pool, nice gin selection and staff are all nice 💖 will be back! update: they gave out pizza to the pub and we are in shock, what a kind gesture.

An ok selection of ales. Good gin selections for those that like that sort of thing. The key thing about this place is the beer garden which is a considerable size when you compare it to the size of the pub. The highlight is the outside bar and pizza oven!
