Reviews of Mill House

Very accommodating staff. Drinks and food is very reasonable and with a huge range of drinks and special offers on meals, it's no wonder it's a popular place to visit. You can't leave a review without adding in the canal walk right outside. Fabulous place to visit and work off those calories with a walk (or replace them after the walk). Great facilities for children and is dog friendly. There were a few items missing off the menu, otherwise it'd have been 5*

Took 2 friends for lunch our order was fish and chips, scampi and chips, and I had a light bite it's was chicken goujons in a wrap with sweet chill sauce. When it came it was a pancake wrap it was absolutely gorgeous I would definitely have this one a gain, wasn't quite what I was expecting but tried it and loved it, the other ladies enjoyed there's to. very helpful staff, and friendly smiling people.

We visited late on Sunday and most other pubs in Burton close early then. It's designed for family friendly dining rather than a quiet pub for a drink, so we wouldn't have chosen this in the normal course of events. Limited choice for our drinks we like single malt whisky and a selection of real ales. Staff were pleasant

Excellent food, great staff and genuinely a great place to eat.

The lady who served us was very warm and engaging. The beer was good, the place was very clean and warm. They were cleaning tables as soon as people left. It was quite reasonably priced.

Plenty of parking. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. Kids play area indoor and outdoor. Wacky Warehouse is to the left of the main bar area, and wasn't noticeable in terms of noise when I visited at lunchtime on a Wednesday during the school holidays.
Menu covers lots of different choices, and is pretty good for the price (£8.50ish for Hunters Chicken and chips). The menu is online, so you can check whats available and prices before you visit - helpful if you have special dietary requirements.
Staff are friendly, approachable and attentive.

Great service from the start. Seated straight away after staff cleaned the table. Very polite asked if we needed anything and very happy staff. Food was great and service brilliant. Thank you Ria and Owen 😊

Went there last Saturday where I think I lost my wallet. Tried ringing on numerous occasions but no-one answered the phone. Food not too bad and staff were very pleasant.
