When recommended by the vehicle dealership I purchase our vans from straight away my mind was put at rest, previous experiences with various installations have left a bad taste with me. To start I was greeted by James to whom listened to my requirements and without trying to pressure me into something I didn't need was more than willing to offer advise on suitable Towbars and electrics for our new van, a price was given which could maybe of been beaten but due to the initial recommendation and conversation I was happy to pay, I dropped our vehicle off and as promised called within half an hour of completion, I was then given an in depth demonstration on how to remove the detachable neck (as I'd not used one before) and I went away exceptionally happy. Since our first Towbar fit James has carried out 2 more Towbar fittings for us, along with some rear parking sensors, deadlocks to protect our tools and Iv just had a dashcam fitted to my partners car after she had an accident, for expert advise, quality products and installation without any drama or pressured selling these are the guys to use... Had a tow bar fitted here today on my ford mondeo, did a brilliant job , all other companies told me they needed to cut my bumper but Pro Towbar assured me there was no need cut it and they fitted it very clean and tidy and in only a few hours, dropped it off at 9am it was done for 12, would definitley reccommend if you want a proffessional service 10/10
