AMAZING! Absolutely stunning food. We had the Tennessee burger and the black and blue burger. Both tasted amazing, the meat was cooked perfectly. Our whole experience has been wonderful. Served by a wonderful guy named Paul who was so accommodating and we had a lovely little chat :) definitely a good find for us on Google as we aren't from the area. Recommend this place highly!

Absolutely stunning meal! My first time eating here and I was not disappointed! I can't believe I'd never been sooner! Our Server Paul was a complete gent and very helpful and I can't wait to come back again, I would 100% recommend! Your a credit to steak lovers and the city! Thanks for the beautiful meal!

Amazing. Great food and really nice staff they were helpful and entertaining, best place to eat. I highly recommend to anyone who hasnt been before and to those who have been before- but you probably already know how good it is.

When we arrived it was quite busy, we didn't have to wait long to be seated though. Chicken wings for starter and fillet steak for main all cooked to perfection. The staff Paul and Molly were great, super polite, efficient and attentive. Dan the chef came to talk to us and we had an intro to the new menu. 'Stop waffling' a great dessert of the new menu if you have space! 100% recommend

Absolutely cracking place to visit we are regulars here. Really enjoy our visits nice relaxed quiet atmosphere. Paul can't do enough for customers and is extremely helpful and kind. Had the 3 course menu before 7pm, food was lovely and tasty. When I first booked the restaurant the staff were very very helpful, when I rang again to amend the booking and pay for the deposit, as there was 14 of us going, a different member of staff answered and seemed like he didn't want to know at all. Very sharp and rude. When the meal came we couldn't fault the staff and they did give me a free bottle of wine for the way I was treated. The food was lovely but was just a little on the small side, but what do you expect paying less than £15 for 3 courses.

We went to Rare for a meal on Easter Sunday, we had great service and a lovely meal. Went for a meal with friends 9/10/21 ,Paul as ever ,excellent service ,food was lovely, I was even given a slice of cheese cake for my birthday as a surprise, cant wait to go back .if 😋

If your man likes a steak just as much a I do then this is the best place to go, from a blue steak to one so burnt the last time I saw a steak that burnt Joan of Arc was nailed to it. Bursting with flavour and other dishes to chicken, gammon and loads of desserts to, get down here try and leave a review

Went to tonight for the third time to "rare" at dresden couldn't fault it far superior to the Newcastle one food great and my son in law loved his steak they came up from Gloucester and it's their 2nd time and won't be the last. thanks for the great service

7th Of November 2015. called in for the 2 for a tenner deal WOW! Superb steak, gorgeous grilled cherry tomatoes, lovely chips, great service. it says WINE, DINE and RELAX on the board by the door. For £10 the dine was excellent, the wine was good but the 60's and 70's Disco music was inappropriate and to loud to relax. Where's the dance floor!
