S. D.This is one of the few remaining old fashioned boozers. There is always a great atmosphere. Some of us now live outside of the area but still go regularly to meet up with friends. For me that alone says it's a fantastic place to be.
Oh and don't forget Deb's gin bar, the biggest collection you've ever seen.
B. a. h. d.A gem in a wilderness, we stopped at Etruria locks and looked for a pub, saw the shoulder of mutton. A pleasent pub with friendly staff and locals, good beer. Don't be fooled by the surroundings only a few minutes walk.
