Been here a couple of times and always had a great experience. The food is lovely, the staff are great & it has a good atmosphere. They even have karaoke nights, quiz nights and live bands on some nights. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Great breakfast. The eggs Benedict were the best I’ve had in Swansea and I like to eat out all over Swansea at different places. Reasonably prices and lovely staff. Even took my dog along too for a sausage 🐶

Friendly staff, easy booking for Sunday lunch. Not a carvery anymore but don't let that il put you off as the dinner is fantastic. Lovely veg, roasties, beef and Yorkshire pud. Also, Moretti lager on draft.

What a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning!! We hadn't booked a table but received a warm welcome and were sat almost immediately (it was a busy Saturday afternoon!). This place really is the heart of the community in Sketty. Reliably homely food at great prices and a large selection of drinks. Live bands every week. Delicious Sunday roasts. Every new person who walks through the door comments on how friendly everybody is. Don't know what we'd do without it.

Called in for Sunday dinner, it was as if my mother had made it. The lamb was thick, succulent and very tasty. All the veg was seasoned to perfection and proper home made roasties, all smothered in lashings of proper gravy. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Cannot think of one thing I'd complain about, staff are so friendly, beer is a decent price (which, let's be fair, is the main concern) the atmosphere was superb for the rugby, honestly just an all round excellent local pub! Hats off to Ash and the team, can't wait to head back.

A decent, old fashioned pub often with live bands at the weekend. They are a Brains pub so serve a good selection of dishes. Big problem last Friday was too many people and staff not coping. Took a long time to get drinks and longer for food. Not great. I had fish and chips which was tasty if a bit overcooked. They need to get better organised with the ordering.

Well wrre do I begin The staff are very professional in there rolls . Very clean throughout. Food ready nice and value for money. Wide range of meals . Even for a fussy eat like myself. The chef even asked if I had and meal in mind off the menu . But I stuck to it . My steak was medium rare and it came back medium rare Large portions that I myself could not finish. And even placed my leftover food in a tray for me to take home So if your out and about in sketty drop in like I did You won't regret it . S

This is a very old pub. There are very old photographs of the Vivian on Sketty cross from a bygone era. It's a cosy, friendly place with good food and plenty of places to sit quietly and catch up with friends. Parking is best in the carpark opposite. Singleton park is a short stroll away

Nice cosy pub with good, reasonable food. Great for watching sports and for groups. On the downside, not a great selection of beers/ales (I blame Brains, not the Vivs). Lagers are alright though.

Usually a great place to visit but been a bit disappointed recently. Kitchen closures and running out of certain meals. Can only assume its to do with COVID issues so understandable. Great staff working here who are very helpful and some great meal offeres

Always go here for a Sunday Carvery since moving nearby. It's just beautiful. Everything home made. The most tender cuts of meat,fantastic selection of veg. Everything Home made- Roasties,Yorkies,Stuffing and the most delicious gravy. Staff are friendly,helpful and efficient. Warm,clean,cosy and inviting. Well worth a visit.
