Reviews of The Blunsdon Arms

Just revisited following a hefty refit at the Blunsdon Arms.
We arrived at about 10.30am on a Sunny Monday for a Breakfast.
Great refresh.
Clean contemporary interior.
If my memory serves me correct around £7.99 each for a full English Breakfast.
Great sausages! All served within about 15 minutes.
Delicious.
Will definitely revisit. 👌🙂
We've not visited in a few years and so when the warm Spring sunshine appeared I decided to give it a go.
A warm, friendly clean interior, but we opted to sit outside on the large patio area in the sunshine.
They also have a half dozen open ended covered pods outside where you could sit in a small group of it were raining.
A good range of drinks on tap- including to my delight Estrella!
Our lunch was hot, fresh and served within about 10 minutes.
Would definitely recommend.

Didn't make a reservation for 12.00, there was plenty of space but was busy at 1.00. Staff were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. Indoor and outdoor eating areas. Good food and real ale and they do delivery's

I had the festive gourmet burger, turkey, my team had the same with beef, and one large children's meal cheeseburger. One of the best burgers I had in the UK so far, eaten mine and sampled the rest, you can taste and smell the grill... Excellent and moist patties, the buns were just right, well done, chips, great.
My daughter is usually fussy around food, and takes forever to eat, she ate all of it apart from the bit I stole...
The dog didn't get any, she got a snack...
All for not much more than McD equivalent... Never will I eat anywhere like that instead of here again.

Very good food and a lovely pub.
Had a brownie for dessert which was more cakey and not gooey (I prefer a soft gooey brownie) but it was still very nice and that's down to personal preference.
Meals were very yummy. We went on a Saturday evening but they appear to have good deals on Monday to Friday. Would definitely return and recommend.

Recently refurbished. Very popular. 45 minute wait for food, but meal was tasty. Order at bar or via app. The Gin Bar menu didn't have prices on it. Very small car park for number of tables that it caters for. Blurb suggests it's a short drive from Oxford and Banbury, which we would disagree with. A pub for locals.

Really nice pub great choice of food and beers. Haven't eaten but must be popular as busy on a Monday. Great outdoor space with intimate under cover seating areas, very nice idea. Will post pic we visit again. Wild highly recommend

Meal was fine with the exception of my Rib eye was medium/well-done and my wife's rump steak was rare and it should have been other way round. I do not like sending food back as it is a waste and you never know what happens in the kitchen when it goes back. The rest of meal and serving person's was satisfactory
