G. C.Went to watch some bands, really loud and really good music. The Guinness was just the job. I have no idea how the barman understood my order; telepathy maybe. But he got it right!
B. C.First visit. Would go again friendly staff in need of a bit of a referb, bits proper pub, not a modern sports bar with football, cricket, golf and all the other sports on large plasma screens. It was great. It's a proper pub!
T.Absolutely fantastic pub! The atmosphere is great and there is a really warm atmosphere. Lovely meeting the landlady who was not only completely professional but also very welcoming. Great place to be!
Z. S.Amazing bar staff always get served with a smile! Land lady is a diamond this is the place to be in Swindon whether you want a quite drink with your friend or a right good boogie to the top notch bands that play every weekend.
S. T.A great backstreet boozer. Friendly locals pub especially if you like crosswords. Constantly changing real ales and live music at the weekends. Friendly staff, who like to have a laugh with their customers. Young and old, aswell as dog and penguin friendly. Thumbs up.
K.Great pub, used to live on this street and go here regularly. One night was ruined by some idiot pretending he works here and getting all bossy telling people what to do. Suggest he is told to stop playing the big man..
Other than that, night was excellent...
