Reviews of Homebrew Tap Frodsham

Firstly ignore the ignorant review about "cloudy pale lager style beers" as you can tell from that description he wouldn't know a good beer if it slapped him in the face.
Homebrew Frodsham is a much needed addition to its thus far lackluster beer scene before this opened I was reluctant to venture much into Frodsham if I was hunting for a decent pint (not being one of those people who thinks dizzy blonde is a proper decent beer) unless we went to Kash which has a relatively ok selection.
Well presented with relatively uncluttered simple decor Homebrew makes you feel... At home. Fantastic attentive staff and a steadily growing choice of PROPER craft beer. As well as a soon to be finished large outside seating sun trap.

Nice vibe. Very relaxed feel. Good selection of beers. Bit pricy. Beer menu board bit busy and not easy to read....would be easier if they separated out ales from lagers

Driven past a few times and I'm glad we eventually popped in. Good selection of craft beer, dog friendly, decent playlist & overall nice vibes!

This is a very welcome addition to the Frodsham beer scene. It is a reasonable size and very comfortable. Staff very friendly. I know it is early days but the draft beer choice is a little uninspiring. With 12 taps it should be possible to offer a good choice of beer styles, but at the moment it is very biased towards pale ales and lagers. There are 6 pale ales, but only one stout/porter and not a single sour. It would be good to see a much broader choice of beer styles.

Always a pleasant experience at homebrew. Already is my new local. Staff are knowledgeable on what they are selling and are always welcoming. It's a nice homey atmosphere. Great little local pub, with prices to match of the quality of the beer.

Awesome new little tap house in Frodsham! Good selection of craft ales when we popped in on Sat; pomona Island, lervig, kona, deya etc.. lovely, knowledgeable friendly service. Awesome decor, scandi style, with cool retro Belgium ale style pictures. They are opening up a beer garden too soon. Not just craft beer, cocktails and wine etc. Great job, definitely our fav spot in Frodsham now. Cheers!
