We found Kash 22 by chance just before the first lockdown. We love the place! The team running it are amazing! Very friendly and can't do enough for you to make you feel welcome. They obviously have lots of regulars but we were treated like friends. Food is fabulous and the music is terrific. It's probably our favourite place now. It's got a great atmosphere and even though we've only been twice now, we'll be back weekly if we can. This is how a place should be run.Great people, great food, great music! But we don't really want to tell too many people about it!

Great music. Great food and great drinks! It's only small which is nice sometimes however when you're trying to eat in a compacted environment it's not great. For that reason if you're going for food then I highly recommend booking your table for earlier. Maybe about 4 or 5pm. Eat your food then enjoy the music and atmosphere change as the evening rabble flood in.

Impromptu visit to this bar but so glad we decided to pop in. So different to other pubs in Frodsham. Ended up ordering food which was well worth the money and again a bit different with it being a more Mexican/American theme menu. Food was great. Staff friendly and welcoming. Fantastic bar with lots of character and atmosphere. The owners have put a lot of effort into making this a place to remember, with lots of little touches in the decor including murals and lots of vivid pictures. The bar has a great selection of craft ales as well as a healthy selection of cocktails named after 60s rock bands. It's mostly a liquor based establishment honestly, but they do have a small menu of tasty burgers and hot dogs and the like, along with a few puddings. Nice and simple and the food is always nicely cooked and presented in my experience. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. My only gripe would be that it is a rather small venue and on a busy night it can be difficult to find a table if you haven't booked. But that's hardly a deal breaker. Highly recommended.

Yes the place looks cool inside, yes the bands that are playing sound great, yes the foods very tasty, but what really makes this place special and really stand out from the rest..... is the people that work there, it's fast and efficient and very polite, they actually look like they love working there. My favourite place to go in Helsby/Frodsham. keep up the good work.

Nipped in for lunch with my 4 year old daughter. Cool atmosphere, decor and music. Fantastic drinks and food. Very responsibly priced and the staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant and polite. Exceptional, would highly recommend of you prefer things a little more quirky and less chain pub.

Unique, what makes this place stand out from all other bars is that Kash 22 is all about the music, personal customer service and personal experinence. Paddy and his staff are amazing and will ensure you are all having a great nite, no matter age or sex. Added to this the personal and amazing musical decor especially Paddys mum collages. I grew up in Frodsham.Kydds Wine bar as it was, rarely had a gig going on at all.This was back in the early 80s but as it is now as Kash22 its just like a buzzing venue you'd see in Camden London.Gigs most nights,is superb and draws a crowd i never remember as Kydds.But Frodshams pubs have improved all over.

Gr8 place to socialise as a couple, in a group or party, Gr8 live music featuring the fantastically talented one man band Charlie Reader. Friendly staff, lively but not rowdy, always a gr8 atmosphere whenever we go.

Unbelievable food and drink, if you love great tasting food and love a great selection of ales cask and keg then this is the place to go. I had 2 huge steaks with chips and a bottle of wine on the Thursday offer for £25! You'd pay that for just the wine in some places. Plus we had live music afterwards. Not the norm on a Thursday but I was chatting to the owner Paddy who couldn't do enough for us and they have music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! I'm the words of President Schwarzenegger 'I'll be back!'. Looking forward to tapas Tuesday as well! Can't wait to try it!
