Went to watch the football here and it was just how I remembered it the one time I ventured into Postern Gate about 10 years ago. The atmosphere was that of an early 2000s pub club which is great if you're 18. The staff did their best to maintain social distancing but the queues for the toilets was just a free for all of unruly 18-23 year olds. That being said, it's a great space if you can manage to get a table outside. There's space in the front and back and it's pretty big. it's essentially a spoons with a different name. Nothing special but does the job.

The floor is sticky, but the staff is friendly. The blond girl with the tattoos is gorgeous and really nice. It's a good place to start your night. You can see things ;)

Visited over Christmas 2012.Nice pub for Young people.Nice atmosphere,Staff were on the job as soon as we got to the bar.Thanks.Some of the drink packages take your breath away £50 each based on 8 people..phew!! Couldnt decide if it was value for money but after drinking around the town i suppose it was average.Nice place.

A much improved interior since I last visited years ago, back to a larger crowd too making it a livlier atmosphere - if somewhat rowdy later on :) Drinks are cheap, and more aimed at the alcopops and sugary cocktails consumer by the looks of it. Run of the mill beers on draught.
