I have been a regular for many years, I don't tend to write reviews but I have to say the Pizzas on the menu are freshly made and tastes amazing. Ange, who served us is a regular member of Staff and is extremely good at her job, nothing is to much for her. Breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for the outside bar to open too, bring on the sunny days 😎

I came in last week for my partners Birthday and even though there was 13 of us and we all got our food together and it was nice and hot and good value for money. I came in again last night for tea and once again we got good service and I find the staff very friendly. Love the Thursday quiz and the live bands. Good atmosphere in the pub as well 👍😊

We watched the Man Utd Vs Liverpool game here recently and enjoyed the surroundings, not so much the game!! (Liverpool fan!) We had plenty of refreshing layers to drink and two of us had tasty food too. We had a booth with its own TV which was great but we had to ask for the sound to be turned up a few times, to hear it better. I think it is always better to have the volume up as it helps create a more exciting atmosphere for live matches. Staff were all really friendly and the service was great however I’d love to see table service, whenever possible, it makes going out that little bit more special, plus the staff might get more tips. Back again here soon.

First visit as somewhere new to eat - there were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 children - it was a lively night as it is quiz night on a Thursday - the food was hot and servings were good. There is parking and an outdoor seating area. it is dog friendly and also has an indoor dog area, I would go again

Always a great atmosphere. Les and Vicki run a tight ship and are happy to help with anything. All staff are also genuinely happy and smiling. We walk here every Saturday for beer food and footy. It really is the friendliest pub in Warrington. Keep it up guys.

We haven’t been to the pub since the pandemic. Due to the nice weather, we went on a bike ride and stopped of for a drink. The pub was very busy and at first we couldn’t get an outdoor table. We were served quickly considering how busy it was with the staff being attentive. Food was brilliant. It’s great to be back at the pub!

Myself and husband visit here often when we are going to the cinemas. We visited today for the new menu. Food was excellent and the managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Southern fried chicken burger was amazing. Highly recomend

The place is very nice, manage to get a table after 8pm, service is good, so as food. But tables are not cleaned very often and a little bit sticky. Also toilets needs refurbished. Other then that I have a very nice experience spending my evening in Seven Wood and defo will back again in future.

Absolutely lovely place to be was there for a party Saturday and it was just lovely, great atmosphere, cosy, friendly, helpful staff. There is a well spaced playground for the kids to play Andd make friends. The staff are always helpful, checking everything is OK with food, seating etc and they all have that lovely work force vibe like they help each other and appreciate the help given from their colleagues it doesn't go unnoticed. I know some pubs don't have that same appreciation for their staff and colleagues they're working with so that was nice to experience in there. They're like great friend the staff keeping each other going through their shift. Food was lovely and they keep within the standards of health and hygiene with hot foods or raw. Have been going to the Seven Woods for a while now and have always received great service from a friendly professional staff. During Covid restrictions, all safety measures were enforced to the highest standard, ensuring the well being of the clientele Best fish and chips in Warrington and scampi second to none. One of my favourite places.

Went to the Seven Woods for a family meal (8 people). The manager, Vikki, greeted us and showed us to our table, she was very friendly I had a chilli cheese burger. It was excellent, lots of chilli and cheese, the burger patties have a flame grilled flavour. Awesome and great value. The staff were very tentative to our needs, and checked everything was ok several times We all ordered separately and the the food arrived at the same time, everyone enjoyed their food. There’s a great selection of beers and larger too, all very well priced. I highly recommend the Seven Woods and please pass my thanks on to a brilliant team. Looking forward to my next visit.

Update: Big thanks to the landlady for her hospitality during the recent Liverpool match. It started with her humming You'll Never Walk Alone whilst pouring a great pint of Moretti when I arrived, and I was made to feel very welcome throughout. Food was great. Excellent service from staff. All covid measures are in place and enforced and it felt like a very clean and safe environment to take my kids for tea. We'll keep supporting a local employer thats a key part of the community.

A bit hit and miss. Sometimes you go in and it's great. The food comes quick and they seem happy to have kids in there. Then you can go the same time the next week and it seems full of people who seem to be focussed on getting drunk. We go in, have a look and decide whether we are staying.

This is my local pub. I've just been to watch the boxing, Tony Belew v Oleksandr Usyk. The place was absolutely packed. Everyone had a good time, there were plenty of screens and enough staff to keep the queues at the bar down. Well done to all the staff working tonight.
