Lovely pub grub and very polite and attentive service. We sat outside with our dog and the waiter brought out a water bowl with ice cubes for her! We went for a meal for my grandads 92nd birthday and they made him and my grandma afternoon at 6pm which was perfect and just what they wanted- they ate every bite. Thankyou for your lovely service!

We called in here on our shopping trip to warrington. We had lunch and a drink, the food was really good and the staff were very friendly and changed items on the menu for us to accommodate our preferences , the atmosphere was good, very relaxing and it was quite busy, only downfall was it could do with updating as the decor was a little dated.

It was fairly busy, seemed a little short staffed, but the staff serving were polite, professional and reasonable waiting time for food and drinks. A nice break away from the mania of shopping. Was such a pleasant surprise! Also whoever is in charge of the music deserves a raise.

On a very wet and windy early evening we visited this lovely pub. The staff were great, especially the lady serving our cocktails to the table. Service with a smile makes all the difference and we really enjoyed our visit. Will go again.

Great sharer dishes....table service could have been more attentive, as it wasn't very busy when we attended.... unfortunately people are a little uncomfortable making eye contact these days, but I think it's very important for waiting tables staff to do so, as polite customers don't want to call out for service, would have scored higher if this was so.

Me and my boyfriend visited this pub yesterday for our tea I ordered half a roast chicken that came with mash and gravy and a bit of veg the chicken was very dry and the mash wasn't proper mash not fresh at all it was packet mash which was horrible. I don't usually complain about my meals anywhere I go but I had to complain yesterday as it was so bad and it's not that cheap either my meal was £9.95 so I expected a great meal. They hold the mash under the chicken and now I know why with it being horrible, my boyfriends meal wasn't the best either the carrots were more like sundried tomatoes well and truly overcooked. We got free desserts and free drinks. The barmaid/waitress was very pleasant and helpful though the decor is nice and it's a clean place. But I wouldn't eat here again

Very successful pub with a justified reputation. Offers a varied menu with well-prepared dishes, yet still manages to serve "cheap 'n cheerful" pub classics to make The Blue Bell a very fitting place to go for the evening; whether you're meeting up for a pint, looking for a place to grab a quick dish of gammon and chips or taking someone out for a budget-friendly, restaurant-level meal. Service is great with friendly staff and very reasonable waiting times for food. Drinks are at very fair prices and the décor is divine, when you're not facing the bar you can forget you're even in a pub! Well what a day I was having riding home from work I wanted a nice cold beer and a a bite to eat I passed lots of pubs and restaurants and I said to myself no I will go a little further and see what else there is well in glad I did I came across the blue bell I thought this looks nice and chilled boy was I right the staff are amazingly friendly and polite I had a cheese and red onion bloomer and a pint of fosters it came to £8.45 witch I think is not a bad price when you think about it the waiting time for food was approximately 10 minutes the sandwich was to die for so crunchy and mouth watering I enjoyed the atmosphere that much I actually stayed for another pint of fosters I highly recommend the blue bell to anyone.5* to all the staff I soulute you xxxx
