Absolutely brilliant!! We are a family of four including our dog. They seated us at a table inside. The food superb, defo recommend the burger. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Honestly there isn't many restaurants as great as this, so if you're nearby please give em a try! Xx😍

Wow and wow! Initially went to a nearby pub but their kitchen was closed which was very much to our advantage! This used to be a very tired dark old place but not any more. Kevin has waved his magic wand and viola! a modern airy pub with lovely staff and great food! We had salt and pepper calamari served with garlic mayo and mushroom toast both of which were devoured with relish and pronounced lush. Mains were lasagne and homemade chicken Kiev as I had not had it for years. Non of your orange coloured "breadcrumbs' but a lovely crunchy tasty coating with succulent chicken.... Could have done with more garlic butter for my liking but that didn't detract one bit. Service was excellent and if in the area again will definitely drop in. Highly recommend you to look for this place as it is a little off the beaten track.

Great pub. We last came to The Tigers Head pre-Covid and decided to walk here for lunch. It was great. The person who dealt with us (maybe Kev) was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and lots of it and the drinks were very welcome after a long walk in the sun! Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back. Thanks.

Not eaten at the Tigers for a long time but was tempted back by their fb info, and was not disappointed. We were made to feel very welcome and offered a choice of roast dinners. There is some stiff competition round here, so you need to bring your A game to attract business. I ordered roast pork. Thick, succulent pork came with roasties, parsnips, Carrots, brocoli, cauli, carrot and Swede mash, and delicious creamy mashed potato, plus a Yorkshire. Absolutely lovely. Daughter enjoyed roast beef, and husband loved his nut roast. Small selection of deserts but they were home made and delicious. Already planning our next visit, and an evening or two for a meal.... Well done Tigers. Smashed it 👏

Have just left and had to leave a review about this place. We eat out quite a lot and this is one of the delicious meals we've ever eaten. Everything was homemade from scratch. Staff were really friendly. This isn't the cheapest place to eat but definitely value for your money. Will be going back again very soon

Visited here in our motorhome for a one night stopover. Wonderful pub with friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. The meals were homemade and really tasty. Some good craft ales available too - can certainly recommend the ‘Open Chops’ beer!Definitely will be returning in the summer months to sit in the large beer garden. Dog friendly as well. An added bonus was the quaint little shop opposite the pub that sells local produce.

What a friendly pub! The staff are great and the food is excellent. A wide choice of 🍺 and ciders with cosy dining rooms and lots of tables outside to enjoy the sunshine. A good place for hounds who are made welcome with bowls of water and space to exercise.

Visited this pub after a funeral of a dearly missed friend who used to frequent this place, its a very nice quaint, small pub with atmosphere and friendly staff who served a nice mixed choice buffet lunch . Considering the circumstance it was an enjoyable experience, worthy of a visit.
