Its an ok place. Food not tried but beer was ok. No ale though. This is a rougher sort of pub compared to the Black Swan which is family friendly. Big screens for football was nice.

10 of us went recently for a family gathering, the staff were very good and attentive at all times, all the food came out at the same time and to be honest we were all pleasantly surprised at the quality and home cooked taste of everything we had, the price was very reasonable and the whole experience was very enjoyable. This is one of my local pubs and I hope you stay consistent unlike others I could mention! well done.

Is a nice place to have a drink. There is also a menu if you want to eat something or a dinner. However it wouldn't be my first choice... Specially if the black swam is nearby. If you have a dog, they let you in with it.
