Cannot go wrong here for a night out on the town! Being a spoons the prices are amazing! They have music playing and a dance floor and you can order food! They do table service when you order from the app so no queuing at the bar which is an added bonus! Open till late as well 👌🏻

Large lots of tables long lylods number 1 bar.. owners Spoon's a night out bar was very quiet at lunch time when I was in but a good pint of ale with choices available at the usual excellent prices. Food tried the new half chicken 🐓🐔 with chilli sauce cooked well and still hot would use again because it was easy to get a table during the day ☺️

I would never normally visit this place as it’s not known in the area as being one of the cleanest places but I heard the manager from the other weatherspoons where I use to frequent had recently taken it over and I’m so glad I tried it! It’s so clean now! Staff are helpful and friendly and the food was lovely! Will definitely be visiting again! The social distancing and safety measure were brilliant and the tables are well spaced well done to the new manager your doing a great job!

Reasonably priced food and drinks which is helpful if you're on a budget. A great place to stop by after work/shopping or catch up with friends and family. Toilets are up a flight of stairs. The seating needs thorough restoring - upholstery being done. It can get really busy and very rowdy during the evenings and weekends hence the bouncers

Unbeatable on prices. Breakfasts are ridiculously cheap, and the place becomes a mini-nightclub over the weekend and on student nights; with a DJ and dancefloor meaning you could happily stay the whole night. The staff have always been friendly.

Bit of a strange spoons/lloyds as it sort if turns into a club at night. Plentiful seating both inside and out. Good amount of bar staff so you don't have to wait long to be served even when busy. Drinks are average price too so even on a heavy night your not breaking the bank. Toilets were alright but I haver never seen one with a bathroom attendant so that was a bit weird.

Used to come here as our local pub for drinks and meal. They have rapidly put up their food prices since beginning of last year to a point where it got too expensive and not the quality to match. We have since stop coming here altogether! Shame really! We used to live to go and have their breakfast and their Clubs which was different everyday. If you didn't fancy that, they have their burger deals which was popular with my teenagers. They are at the bottom end of the High Street but have hiked their price to be the same as other or better eateries in the centre of Town but not the quality to match so it's a no brainer!

Perhaps there was a reason for this, as we have had more satisfactory meals at other 'spoons, however it was passable. A fairly standard Wetherspoons/Lloyds experience with good service, good food and an excellent range of drinks to choose from. However the last few times I've been here on a night out there has always been trouble with the bouncers or even the police escorting people out of the premises. Not a knock on the place or the staff, more of a problem for the area, due to this I tend to leave early evening before the place gets very busy.

Good vibe cheap drinks djs not great security can be rude but be warned Friday & Saturday nights the crowd which are mostly 18 years old can make u feel a bit uncomfortable

I organised a meal for some people on Saturday 13th august, the staff were extremely helpful, caring and considerate of there needs, I felt that they were well looked after and after getting feedback, the food and drinks were very good including value for money, I would certainly recommend this venue and thank all staff involved for there huge efforts, thanks again Caroline / Wendy
