M.The Indulgent Festive Meal was amazing 🤩 We’ve been doing our Xmas gathering here for a number of years and this was the best yet! The burger, fries and beef dripping sauce was delicious, as was the roast turkey. And the chocolate orange bomb for desert was next level! 💥🤯 Loved it.
S. E.My partner and I have been here a few times now and the food has been outstanding, we class this as our place now and is a must to go out for a really lovely dinner and a nice atmosphere, the staff here have always been kind and suggestive with things to try everytime.
S. P.We didn't mean to come here, but were planning on going to a different White Hart. But after over a year of not going anywhere, not only did we manage to book a table at the wrong pub, we also managed to drive to the (same) wrong pub, so ended up here. Deciding to give it a try anyway, we're glad that we did. It's a good pub with plenty of parking, excellent food and very friendly staff.
The toppings on their pizza were really good quality, and they did sticky toffee pudding with custard, which can be hard to find. We now have two White Harts on our list of places to go for lunch.
J. B.Lovely Sunday lunch with friends! Food was delicious. Staff were amazing - very busy but no waiting time. Sat in the garden which is lovely. Plenty of tables with sun shades. The staff lit coffee powder which wasn’t overpowering but smoked gently and really helped to keep the wasps away. Thoroughly recommend this lovely pub!
A. S.As an overall experience, it was nice. I did notice on arrival a distinct urine smell. Not like a gents but like the home of clumsy person with a colostomy bag. It wasn't super strong but definitely wasn't pleasant. It didn't bother me too much but I can see how others might be put off.
I was tended to quickly and politely and sat at a table. The menu was varied, food was good, beer was ok. Service started off well but did get a little slow towards the end even though the place was very quiet.
It was fine. 10 years ago it would've been considered a good pub based on my visit but pubs have moved on since then and developed more individuality in decor and the food and drink options.
S. S.What an absolute delight of a pub. Lovely staff, lovely decor. Food was delicious. Lovely find overlooking the green. Not from the area but found it on one of many trips to Guildford hospital, so we will go again

S. T.My favourite gastro pub. Very warm ambience, staff are always cheerful, polite n attentive even though I have not visited it regularly.. My guest were impressed overall, the garden, the dining areas n service. Food were delicious, arrived so promptly as we were early we were comfortable n pleased.
