Just had a fantastic meal here and compliments to Nate and Sue. They were absolutely brilliant as I have got a Defence Discount Service card for serving in the Armed Forces and they accepted it with no questions asked. Would recommend any Forces member to visit the Glovers Needle as the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Had a really great meal at the Glover's Needle this lunchtime. Eloisa behind the bar was very pleasant and helpful and the food prepared by Claire was excellent and really good value. Will be making a return visit soon

Excellent service, staff works hard and care about customers and the chef is amazing. Even thou some of the regular clientele use bad language and misbehave, its a pretty resonable place to take children and have a good time. Also, decor is beautiful but needs deep cleaning specially the chairs and sofas full of stains

Took my daughter and niece for food after school and the staff was really lovely. Layla was amazing serving and making sure everything was okay. Sue in the kitchen.. well the food was AMAZING !!

Me and lin stopped in for a snack, me the steak and onion doorstep, plenty of steak cooked to high standard, lin had the fish finger doorstep, more than enough food cooked by sue in the kitchen, the hand of chips was adequate for us both to share with what we ordered, served by Layla who was very attentive and looked after us well, we will be back with no doubts, lovely food and staff 5⭐️

Stopped off for a quick meal whilst doing a long drive home, friendly staff and lovely pub grub. Definitely worked out better value for us than the take away we were originally going to have when we eventually got to the end of our long journey. Looked like a lovely pub with good things to keep everyone entertained, sports of TV, pool table, dart board etc - wish we could have stayed longer and had a few drinks too

Had a fantastic afternoon at the Glovers needle for the England game. All staff worked extremely well in this heat! Fast orders from tables to drinks flying out.food was great also. Didn't wait long at all compared to other pubs I've been to recently. Will be back again for the next game

Unfortunately, we visited at the wrong time as we were sat near a bunch of travellers who clearly didn't care too much for Covid rules! Food was ok which is to be expected for hungry horse. Slightly disappointed with the selection of deserts. The bonus was kids eat for £1.

We have had several meals here and have always enjoyed them. Atmosphere is usually very quiet but wouldn't go for food on a weekend night due to lots of boozers. Better food and customer service compared to the copcut.

I have just had a really good Halloumi wrap! I have eaten veg that I don't usually appreciate, red peppers, however it was delicious!

This is one of the most fantastic friendly family friendly pubs anywhere with fantastic (and cheap!) special meal deals, plus drinks specials, pool, karaoke, live music, the works. I'm a transgender man and have been made so welcome. If you're ever in Warndon or Backpole drop by after doing the shopping for a meal and and a drink. I love it here.

Food always warm and yummy at a cheap price if it's not up to scratch when they come around asking the food is ok you Tell them an they will sort it ...the staff are always fantastic though they always work with a smile the woman are only two chefs for such a busy pub they try there very hardest and that's all that matters there polite and go out there way for there customers it not there fault chefs or bar staff they have no stock in its the management problem they can't cook what they ain't got so previous reviews can't slate the staff or it's pub .it's pub for some quick food and drink if you want fancy dinning go other places in town not in the middle of a estate it's a community pub simple as that that do a good job cheap decent food and drink a friendly staff so it serves the purpose for me :)

Luckily been there on a quiet night. It is in a lot better shape than it was 10 years ago. Although I still would not recommend to my friends or anyone in fact to spend some "quality time" there. It is ok for a pint or two, maybe to play skittles, but that is it.

Wouldn't go back food was cold toilets was not to standard. They need to work out if there a family pub restaurant or a working mens club . Hungry horse I would be ashamed only visting the area and thought we saw a name we could trust going by our previous experience at other restaurants .on the plus side once our food was reheated was nice and the staff was really nice couldn't do enough to fix the problems.

Normally idea give them 5star . I go nearly every day . Foods prepared great and staff remember everything we normally have . But today went for the steaks on offer . Shame they ran out and yet promotion still on till Sunday . Very disappointed in just that .

So much better than our regular Wetherspoons. The decor is really modern and comfortable, the menus and branding are high quality with way more imaginative choices. The prices are high value and the food was damn tasty, good quality with generous portions. I had the Piri Piri Chicken Fajitas which were awesome. The sundaes are massive too.

Average chain pub reasonable food and prices. Children left to run lose by thier parents especially weekends where you often have unsupervised children as late as 1030 to 11pm at night. 9pm rule not enforced

Had a great time at the Halloween event last night. Was nice to see the staff getting involved and having fun whilst also working hard. Well done guys!!

Inside a little less) (Original) Dobre steki, stoliki też na zewnątrz. Mały plac zabaw dla dzieci. Mankamentem był brak klimatyzacji (na dworze było 30*! W środku niewiele mniej)
