Nice find. Camping in the area and fancied a pub meal. Googled local and found here. Food quality nice and good sized portion. Prices good and reasonable. Ale was well kept. Made to feel welcome by the gentleman on bar. And even passed on local knowledge for reference. Good experience and just the right food for the right time for us personally.

We stopped in on the off chance after spending many hours in the car travelling down from the North. Very welcoming, baby and dog friendly and the place was buzzing in the sunshine on a Friday evening. Thank you for being a wonderful find!

It was busy and loud in here tonight and possibly every Friday. A good selection of gin and vodka drinks. Slow service at times due to how busy it was. Can get rowdy and not sure how much SD is going on

I had lunch here while my car was in for service, food and drinks were reasonably priced with the food being lovely, well cooked and very nice indeed. Love this pub. Great staff, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome. Marston need to update their menus though. It only has 3 or 4 vegetarian options which can get a bit tedious. Come on Marstons sort it out!

Just moved to the area, and decided to take advantage of the Monday "Pub Classics for £6" after 5pm deal. Our party had freshly battered fish and chips and scampi and chips. It was very good quality, and amazing for the prices. The drinks are great value too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pub has a great atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely family meal. Food was top order, no complaints. The service was very good, the waitress (I think her name was Alice) was extremely attentive without being in your face. The landlord is a sound bloke, even if he supports the red side of Liverpool. The prices are very reasonable. We'll worth a visit 👍

I like to support this pub because it's local to where I live. The staff are hardworking and helpful but I'm often disappointed by the food. On this visit I ordered a "tower" of halloumi and roasted sweet potato. It was tasty, but the portion was so small - more like a starter. I don't have a big appetite and I tried to full up on chips, but sadly went away still feeling hungry.

The food as usual was very good. The atmosphere was quiet and there appeared to be fewer customers than normal but it was Monday. It was cold - uncomfortably so. Upon our enquiry we were told that the fire was "not connected" hence unusable. The coolness of the room cut our get together shorter than we had hoped.

Will spaced tables allowing you to eat in comfort. Small selection of real ales, cider and standard beers. Outdoor space available in the beer garden where drinks and food can be consumed. Not a bad place for pre town drinks.

Had a meal last night 16/7/19 with my family, the food was excellent and so were the staff. A very friendly place nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be coming back and would have no hesitation in recommending the New Inn.

On main road. Has an outside eating area. Food good. Unfortunately my steak was slightly overdone. Husband's meal was the biggest steak and ale pie ever (if you're having this DON'T have a starter). Would have been 4 marking but my wine was served in a dirty glass - not acceptable. Check the glass before you serve!! This was changed with an apology with no problem.

One of the few pubs that's always busy no matter when you visit. I think one of the reasons The New Inn attracts people, is the landlord, Keith. He always makes time to speak to the customers and seems genuinely interested in them. He also supports local teams and gets involved in community events and fund raising, like when he spent a week living on the pub roof ! (Or did i dream that?) Good food. Nice venue. Always a gentle buzz about the place. Fabulous crisp/nut selection. Loads of parking. Outdoor seating area as well as a proper beer garden. Ideal for locals and visitors alike. Not the type of place where everyone looks round with a shocked expression when someone different walks in. Quiz night every Sunday with cash prizes. There are always enough staff behind the bar to guarantee getting served swiftly, even when it's very busy. UPDATE - Keith is no longer the landlord. He has moved on to pastures new for a fresh challenge. I should have mentioned this before but i do have 1 gripe with the pub.... I dunno how long its been there but i moved to Claines in 1980 or 81 and The New Inn was there then. Nearly 40 years later, it's no longer "new" is it? I think therefore they should rename to The Well Established Inn. I now understand that it's not strictly an Inn either since they have no rooms available to cater for short term guests. Now i know how Mary & Joseph felt. I dunno about you reader but i think the brewery have taken us all for fools.

I used to frequent this pub for nearly 12 years and as I'd moved back to the area, thought it might be nice to return. So we went here a couple of nights ago, how it's changed. Having decided to have a meal, we ordered from their reasonably priced menu. Never again, the whole thing was swimming in grease. The Landlord (Keith?), has a very arrogant attitude and doesn't seem to give a damn whether or not you come back. You have a lot to learn my friend. You need the customer, we don't need you!!! There are a lot of nice traditional pubs in Worcester, give this one a miss! Very disappointed and saddened by the demise of yet another 'local'.
