G. C.5 Stars without question. The staff are always friendly and have a way of making me feel comfortable whenever I order drinks or food. Thanks to the service it has made me regularly visit whenever I have a day off or time to kill. Would heavily recommend.

S. J.We had an excellent meal here. Loved the food, which catered well for us all including vegetarian, vegan and proper carnivore. The service was so good, cheerful, patient and helpful. They may have given us the biggest serving of nachos ever! Special thanks to Kelly and David.

J. S.Best chips in the business. Very good portions, good value. Kids meals are some of the best I have seen, plenty on the plate and looked appealing.

The waitress was very friendly and brought colouring sheet for our little toddler and engaged in conversation with us all.

R. F.Great place for food and drink, good selection of beers at the bar extensive drinks menu. Staff are amazing, when we arrived they had the athletics on the TV and they saw we were watching the F1 on our phones, so changed the tv over for the F1, much appreciated.

H.No decent bitters to drink was shocked you dont sell Cafreys.

C.visited this place a few times over the years.our latest visit 2 pints Heineken a carling an 2 bottle beers .we both thought the Heineken was of poor standard flat and not a nice taste .we decided to ask the ladies behind the bar .if they would change our lagers.they very kindly did .we were offered another lager so we said could we go for carling .we all had the up to date Carling glass .but as we were drinking more our glasses were tangy or fusty .they were the older type glass .couldn't be bothered to question again so we left early .

J. K.Over all a pretty good experience. Nice atmosphere, cold pints and a good range of vegan options on the menu. The chips on the menu are called hand cut triple cooked chips but when they came out they were just cheap under cooked frozen chips.

E.Good, traditional pub setting, clean and welcoming environment and very friendly staff, great access to televisions displaying sports of that's what you like but also with a good selection of music. The food is of good standard and is reasonably priced and traditional English pub grub but with also some variety too in amongst the menu. The staff is what made it for me the most though, they were all very friendly and easy to communicate with.

C. H.2 of the 3 meals we ordered were lovely (mixed grill and the chicken & rib combo) however the other one was (sirloin steak) was awful. The staff were great & sorted the situation out immediately so no harm done. The place is really nice inside & everyone was friendly - and I have to say that I was very impressed with bathrooms (toilet snob!!)
K. K.Typically not a place I would choose unless sport is playing. However, the staff are always friendly, the Guinness is good and its centrally located. Not keen on the food as it's a generic pub menu.and prepackaged food but it's still a good choice for an after work beer.

J. B.Never disappointed by the pub whenever I have had food especially the Irish breakfast always top drawer. Friendly and efficient staff , great for the sport as well. Recently had a chewy pint of Coors most likely probably the day/night before the weekly line clean. Would like to see them get the dance floor and bar up stairs going again would make them a force to be reckoned with at weekends in the town
J. S.We had a bottle of wine. Very nice and not expensive Haven't been into o niel's for ages. I for one don't think much of the new decor . With the flags hanging . But it was good to see one of the bar men. Asking for I'd from a young woman . She produced I'd and he then served her .
P. M.A cornerstone of Worcester. This bar has it all. Including a great atmosphere. The pool table might benefit from being repositioned and leveled a little better, but this is outweighed by a good selection of beverages, and a good level of seating and tables. I visited over the Christmas period and felt a good atmosphere whilst enjoying one of the best pints of stout Ive had. The staff were quick and kept track of the que well, so no complaints about long waits. A good central location with plenty to do in the area. On a weekend evening has good security and is clearly popular with revelers. I wouldnt take my kids their though due to the toilets being downstairs.
S. W.A nice pub that's relaxed in the afternoon and buzzing on weekend nights. The staff are very nice and helpful. It has huge windows so let's in plenty of light if you hate dark pubs. It has many beers to choose from and great Guinness as expected. Highly recommended.
B. I.Popped in for a pint after the T20 Blast at New Road on Friday Night. Football was on but not too busy at that time of the evening. Had to wait a while to be served as only a couple of bar staff on. Beer was good so all in all not bad
K. H.These 5 stars are for a staff member called Melody... we went in a lot during Rugby World Cup and this young lady worked so hard, always with a smile, showed amazing patience with rowdy crowds and never once looked stressed!!! She’s the gem here imho.

Z. B.I play in a dart league, but not out of this bar. Our bar inexplicably didn't open one night, so Mickey's hosted us. Normally, in our leage every team gets 1 free round of drinks per match, and we pay dues so they can do this for us. We never paid Mickey's, but they still did this for us. So, clean place, friendly staff, and a good deed.

J. G.Great traditional Irish bar which accommodates for all countries there are UK and Ireland flags hung all around the windows. It has a good friendly atmosphere. A pool table and alot of character to the pub. Would recommend people to go on a Friday night when they have live entertainment on. sometime traditional Irish band styles. I remember seeing a band called "bang on the ear" 1 played guitar 🎸 and the other band member a violin 🎻 great entertainment
