Prices are on par with othe rlocal pubs and the quality and choice of beer is really good, all looked after properly. Other good choice of drinks availalbe. Comfortable and clean interior, good location with parking nearby but no parking on site. Nice location opposite Broadwater green, so expect a busy pub if there is entertainment on the green. No musac, which makes this a pleasant pub to visit.
