Friendly staff,delicious food. Good place for Sunday lunch with family. Nice ambient,kids playground and big car park. Definitely visit again.

Upon arrival we had to wait a few minutes to be told just sit decide what you'd like to eat then order at the bar. I asked what the curry of the day was as that's what I fancied. The server reeled off what was available and made a point of telling us it was all cooked fresh and home made. So I was excited for a good cooked meal. We got our drinks and sat back at the table. The Pepsi was flat it had the smallest amount of fizz possible. What came out was not a home cooked meal at all. The chicken didn't taste like good quality chicken at all it was a completely quick microwave meal. The poppadom tasted weird, as well as stale. I ate just because I was hungry. At no point did the server come and do a check back to ask how the meal was until we had all finished and she was clearing the plates away. It was a very quick all OK, good and she was gone with the plates. I was very disappointed with the meal and the service to be fair, it was 1 server, taking orders, making drinks and running food. Unfortunately I won't be eating here again nor would I recommend to friends or family.

What a fabulous place you have. Unique friendly atmosphere. Brilliant bar staff. Amazing food. Poker and quiz nights. Charity raising nights and live music. The food so good you have to book on a Sunday. We'll done all. I wish my.local was as good

Won £40 in Bingo so decided to treat me and the other half to lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We were planning to go further afield but decided to walk to the King's Mills as it is local to us. Food did not disappoint. I had the lamb shank with mash and seasonal greens which I'm pleased to say were NOT peas and broccoli like some places do and pass it off as seasonal greens. The lamb was tender and the mash buttery. Other half had a steak cooked the way he likes it. Really enjoyed will definitely be back. Thank you

Though we would give this pub a go after driving past for over 20 years. Absolutely loved it service and staff amazing. Food was perfect 8 clean plates no issues portions fab amazing. Loved it so much booked to go again tomorrow for Sunday lunch.

We went for our works do, 8 of us. We had the festive menu. The food was lovely, staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I had the French onion soup. It was delicious, Turkey dinner with all the trimmings and Sticky toffee pudding and custard. All was superb. Will go back! Thank you!!

Took the whole family for a Sunday lunch. Lovely choice on the menu, we all opted for something different & everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The roast potatoes were delicious, definitely had the home cooked feel throughout the meal. Will be returning to try curry night for sure.

Just had a babyshower party at the Kings mill pub. We all had a Sunday dinner which was absolutely lovley. Nice to have fresh veg, not frozen. Would definitely recommend and will come again

Took a risk and invited the family for lunch having not been here before. We were all very pleasantly surprised! Friendly service, the food was really good all round and not badly priced at all. And dog friendly! Big bonus for my mum with her clingy puppy 🤣 the young lad who served us on his first day did a great job too! Would recommend! ***Returned recently for a takeaway meal and was blown away by the bourbon glazed half chicken. Delicious!

The Kingsmill is now our go to eating place in our local area. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff are really lovely and go over and above. Highly recommend the steak, but have tried other dishes too which are just as good. Definitely our new regular.

We came across the The King’s Mills just by driving past. The food was really very good, all very fresh and cooked to perfection. Warm welcome by the people and overall a relaxed environment.

We came to Wrexham for a family birthday and stayed with our son for the weekend. As we had our 7 month old puppy with us, our son enquired about bringing him and subsequently booked a table for Father's Day. On the morning of our booking, more of our family wanted to join us before we drove the 3 hours back home. The management were extremely accommodating with this and forewarned us that because there were 11 of us, the food wouldn't be able to come out at the same time, due to staffing. I believe the young lad serving us was on his very first shift and once my Aunt found out, she decided to give him a few friendly tips. He did brilliantly anyway and I hope she didn't put him off 😆 The place was lovely and clean, the food was delicious and portion sizes were more than ample. I don't think anyone was disappointed with what they chose.

This is a very nice pub/restaurant, the meals are excellent, for a Marstons pub the meals are really cheap, well worth a visit. The staff are friendly and helpful, I've never been made so welcome until I came here. Sky sports on here too. Outdoor seating area is good with artificial grass. Good selection of beers and it's even got Hobgoblin on draught, happy days....

We called in on a weekday lunchtime and were very warmly greeted We ordered drinks and asked about the lunch menu and we were very well looked after! There were plenty of tables in a well organised and very clean pub. Lunch arrived and was really well presented and delicious too, 😋 Staff were very attentive and super friendly. All covid regulations were followed, felt safe. Service was very friendly and accommodating. My grandsons aged 2 and 4 enjoyed their meal. My son had the sizzling lamb chops and he really enjoyed them He said the quality of the lamb was superb, especially for the price. Would definitely visit again.

We were visiting Wrexham and on our way home we saw that The King's Mill were serving Sunday lunch. We were warmly welcomed and found ourselves a table. The pub was lively but that was a good sign to us. We 4 decided on Beef as our choice for main course. We saw the food being served large portions. We asked if we 2 ladies could have a child portion, no problem. There was a good choice of beers and soft drinks. The ladies decided on Rose wine and we were offered a taste to ensure it was to our liking..it was. The food on arrival was hot and I counted 5 veg. Not including roast potatoes, mash, and new. Beef was very tasty. We all enjoyed the food. Staff were very pleasant and it seemed to us nothing was a bother. Would recommend.
