Always well run, well kept beer at reasonable prices. Went to see a Dire Straits cover band, great venue, could have done with dance floor, rather than trestle tables.

Attended an event in the function room. Versatile room which can cater for parties, discos, meetings and plays due to having a smallish stage. Clean and tidy. Bar available in the room. Clean toilets. Small amount of off street parking at the front of the club.

A great social club. Drinks are reasonably priced and staff are polite. Live sport is shown on large screen TVs in the lounge, and a smaller one over the bar. Has last year been redecorated last year to a very good standard.

Great venue in an up-market village near York. Plenty of parking. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Not bad range of drinks. We used the conference hall at the back with it's own bar. Clean and well lit and seating over 100 comfortably and in comfort. Nice place and highly recommended.

Went for a Christmas do. And was pleasantly surprised with the backroom. The stage was big enough for the 7 piece band. The staff were very good and attentive. Bar prices were OK, Not social club level but in line with other local places

Had my 50th here last night.... Firstly the place is spotlessly clean.... Secondly the staff (all of the staff) from booking the venue to the party and clearing away were so accommodating, if you have ever organised a party before you know it can be stressful and tiring.... The staff made everything so much easier. Also it really was a totally private party.... Sometimes at venues locals and regulars enter the function rooms, no one came into ours. 100% would recommend this venue xx
