Fairly easy on the wallet, particularly for York city centre.

Lovely comfy couches (I think we just got lucky there though 🤭).

A. W.Refreshing cool pint on a hot day in York, right beside the hop on hop off your bus stop at the Shambles, excellent range of ales and good food.

P. B.Just an average pub, difficult to get a table at the moment as everyone seems to be going out after lockdown. Fishfinger sandwich and the onion rings were amazing, rest of the food was ok but nothing special. Service was quick and friendly. We'd definitely go back.
A. P.Nice sports bar in a good spot. Went to watch England play which unfortunately ended with no goals so couldn't really gauge the atmosphere. Drinks were reasonably priced, but some people who weren't there for the game opted to be quite loud and made it hard for everyone else to watch.
