N. A.Martin & Co maintained a great standard across Scotland, as I knew them in Glasgow and was delighted to work with them again in Aberdeen. Among the few flats I viewed the condition of the flat they maintain is with great standards and landlords will definitely be at ease as they look after the place. As a tenant, I'm confident that they will address any issue or concerns and any future issues if any. I had the privilege to meet Kelly Kennedy for my viewing appointment and she was above and beyond, not only answered my question but highlighted the negative (what is not included/ not available) and positive of the place, and she was delighted to answer my request for a wander around the car park area. I left my appointment delighted and right away called to reserve the property. If you are a landlord or a tenant they will ensure you have a less stressful experience. I highly recommend them.
m.Having used a couple of other estate agents in Aberdeen in recent years, I can safely say the service provided from Martin & Co has been the best by some distance.
Right from the outset when looking for a quotation to sell our property (many agents never even followed up for feedback after providing us an estimate) all the way through to the actual sale itself, the service from Scott was faultless. In particular the regular communication and advice provided throughout the process, as well as the response time to any queries/issues we had couldn’t have been better.
Our property had been on the market for 3 months until we switched agents to Martin & Co. Under Scott’s supervision we had more viewings and interest in a week than the previous months with a bid made and accepted not long after.

M. A.Everything was going well with Martin & Co, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The viewing, hosted by Kelly Kennedy, was amazing -- she walked me around and told me about the property while also answering a few questions. She also called before the viewing to make sure everything was going according to plan. The flat was clean, well-maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Later that day, a Thursday, Kelly Kennedy sent me an email to let me know I could ask further questions or view any other properties. In addition, she asked me to leave a review on Google and copy it to other platforms in order to get recognition from her boss. On Friday morning, I emailed her back with my questions, as well as a draft review; I asked if there was anything in particular she wanted me to address, like in a recommendation letter. I did not get a response that day, thinking she was perhaps taking her time to find answers. I waited on Monday too with the plan to call if I never got an email until then. On Tuesday I still had nothing in my inbox from the agency, I checked the property advert on Rightmove just in case before my call, and it was under offer. I do not know if me being ghosted was due to my inquiries and Martin & Co wanted a client/tenant who was less inquisitive, or they found a tenant before they made it official, but an email back would have been nice -- if not for that property, then for future ones.

H. Z.My property had been on market for sale for about 3 years, little visits and no offer/bid at all from Aberdeen market. During a year our previous estate angent made no contact with us except an email at the beginning of a year to suggest us to drop further the sale price. Recently we decided to try to rent it out. After Googled/searched online I found Martin & Co Aberdeen was rated high from hundreds of reviews, compared with other agents which may have votes from dozens of customers.
I left a message at Martin & Co website and soon Maxine reached out to me. During viewing the property, Maxine introduced the legal requirements to rent out a property, e.g. to register as landlord and the safety tests/certificates. But what impressed me most was Maxine's professional view into Aberdeen rental market, and her understandings for its future. All of these observations were supported by data. Following Maxine's expertise, some customized changes were made in the property to suit the needs of people. Then Juliet took over and started to take care of my property, guided all the necessary checks & certificates, and managed the view from potential tetant. It was to my great surprise that Juliet informed me the property had been rented out after the 1st view within 1 week after the property was put online! During all the communications Juliet showed her an enthusiasm for caring the landlord, the tenant and the property, answered all my questions even it may not be related to the current tenancy, bridged the distance between my tenant and me and made us understand each other better, you could naturally feel that professionalism only comes from years' endeavor to reach a higher standard.
