The staff at Philip Evans are very helpful and patient. My wife and I moved to Aberystwyth from abroad and had many questions, which they answered promptly. The market is extremely challenging for those looking to rent, but Philip Evans staff accommodated us by adding us to showings already scheduled and helping us to find available apartments that met our needs. I could not be more pleased with the service they gave us and the welcome they extended to us moving into the community.

The Philip Evans team were fantastic. I was having real trouble finding a property to rent in Aber during the pandemic, and they were very accommodating. They found a property that suited all my needs very quickly, forwarded clear and representative images and video of the property, sorted out a remote viewing for me, allowed me to pick up keys out of office, and have helped me sort out a range of matters. I have absolutely no complaints so far!

Rented student properties from them over the past 2 years and whenever we had any issues with the house they would organise for someone to sort it very quickly. They were always lovely and understanding if we were struggling or had issues which me and my housemates were all very grateful for. I have rented a couple of properties with Philip Evans during almost four years and the service has been absolutely brilliant. The staff was always very helpful with any issues in the flat. They even offered somewhere to leave my belongings when I moved from one flat to another and extended my stay until the new apartment was vacant. I also got all my deposit back. I would definitely recommend and go back if I return to Aber.

Brilliant estate agents! First positive experience in Aberystwyth - they always respond to queries quickly and are very informative. Through the Covid-19 crisis there were plenty of updates to keep everyone clear about what was happening. Everyone is super friendly too- which really helps your experience! They keep in contact with Landlords when necessary meaning that any problems are solved quickly. Definitely would recomend them for Students - especially with their summer rent policy and cheaper deposits! They certainly tend to their customers needs.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but ive not had a single bad experience in my 3 months of being in a house rented from the,. There was an issue with the boiler (keep in mind thats the landlords job, not the estate agents) and that was fixed as swiftly as it could have been. The landlord here is also very good, catering to my requests and is very friendly. The staff at the estate agents are as warm and welcoming as you could imagine, and immensely helpful, especially as this was my first person renting. I could not recommend them more. Ive been in contact to other landlords and estate agents though friends and family dealing with theirs. I can be quite conservative when it comes to reviews, but genuinely, these people are great, i would recommend them.
