I have recently sold my house with Farrell Heyworth. I dealt with a lady called Georgia on a daily basis. I can't recommend her enough and I am so happy with the amount of effort she put in for my sale. She was available at any time I phoned and phoned back constantly to update me. The sale of my house fell through and she did everything she could to help and resell the property. She was polite and helpful and I felt comfortable when approaching her about anything and felt I could ask her any questions which she was always able to help with. My sale isn't completed yet and although it is SSTC she is still helping out at any opportunity. From start to finish she has lisaed with myself and other agencies to help me as I wasn't quite sure what to do. Thank You so much Georgia for making such a stressful time slightly easier for me.

I would have to completely disagree with Ms Boka below. I have rented this lovely place on Marsh Street. Storage Heaters rather than radiators but that is the only real downside. The previous tenants left the house in an utter state and had dogs who ruined it but I contacted the landlord and they have sorted most of that out now. They also left a delivery of dogfood coming to this house, delivered by a guy in a van from Lancaster - shame I had to tell him they weren't here any longer - probably a heck of a trip for him. The place is sorted now, but looking at how it was the prior tenants could not have reasonably expected their deposit back - heck - they wrote on the walls.
