They were helpful when dealing with the previous tenants of my current house but when we went to pick the keys up at the agency, the told us for half an hour that they didn't have them. When they finally checked, they did. Wasted time and lack of care on their part

Excellent level of service by a professional, helpful team: PC Lettings have managed rental properties for us for about 10 years and they've always found us great tenants who've looked after our property. Regular inspections provide us with peace of mind, and regular email updates help us keep on top of any little jobs that need doing to maintain the property and ensure we have happy tenants! Properties are let quickly and at a fair market rate. Steve & Shaun are very approachable, offering great advice where required. Highly recommended!

My partner has had a let property managed by PC Lettings for 12 years. They have always been exceptionally good. They always go the extra mile. It is true "full management", unlike many, many letting agencies. "Set it and forget it" springs to mind. Sourcing and arranging installation of a new boiler, redecorating, including recommending colour schemes, carpets, suppliers, arranging for work to be done at sensible, reasonable rates - they've done the lot. When it comes to issues such as late payment of rent, is it the landlord's problem? No, that's why you're using PC Lettings. Because they deal with it. They manage it. They earn their money, unlike most. I recently needed to find a reputable agent in another part of the country. Because we trust PC Lettings, I called them for a recommendation or two and spoke to Shaun. He doesn't know me. He's never met me, never heard of me. Right up front, I told him there was nothing in it for him, or for PC Lettings, but he still couldn't help me enough. He called a contact of his in the right area and was back with three good suggestions, within 10 minutes. If I was letting out a property in the Furness area, I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. From a landlord's perspective, these people do lease management right, no question. Thanks, Shaun, thanks to everybody at PC Lettings. Working out of area I took the plunge and handed my property to a Letting Agency. Fortunately I chose PC Lettings, a well presented local company with a friendly professional team. Not one to give credit, or judgement, until I’ve experienced the service. I can now say in my forth year with them, that I made an excellent choice. They conduct regular condition checks of my property, emailing me a report to receive wherever I maybe. To avoid those nasty surprises they always consult before costing and conducting general Maintenance or Repairs, and advice and answers to questions, to shake away any concerns, is but a phone call away. With regard your rental requirements you’ll have to look long and hard to beat this First Class Company filled by a First Class Team.

Having been based away from the area Pc Lettings have been a fantastic asset in continuous rental of our properties. Using their knowledge and experienced team, we have found they pitch to the right calibre of tenants and ensure the standards of our houses are maintained.
