B. C.Lee gave us a very good service. I was a bit hesitant at using Century 21 at first as they are quite new to Bedford, but they gave me a very competitive rate, so thought I would go ahead. Lee was very helpful and always responded to any queries quickly.
The sale was difficult as it was right at the start of the pandemic, but with calm persistence Lee helped it go through.

H.From the very first phone call Mohammed was thorough , even on the weekends his been answering all my calls which most agents and agencies would never do , he rented my property within less than 24 hours . Mohammed takes his responsibility very seriously. He rented my property for more than i expected , I know it’s early days but very happy with century 21st service . What you will get with Mohammed is that he will always communicate no matter how busy he is , I like prompt responses , I’m glad I’ve given my property keys to the right property agency and a very good property manager .

They give a much more proactive and personal service than the usual high street names offer.
We had a property on the market with others for nearly 6 months without a single offer and C21 were able to get a solid offer from a buyer from out of town within a couple of weeks, it seemed they made much more of an effort than the others - looking at solutions rather than problems.
