Recently completed on the Sale of our home, from the first interaction with Grant who valued our property, to going to market, the team have been very attentive. Grant and his team have been at the end of the phone when ever we needed someone and Grant especially has been heavily involved in getting us to the finish mark, going above and beyond. We were really happy with how they marketed our home, from Social media coverage to lovely photos on Rightmove and securing a buyer. Would recommend Grant and his Team at Bedford Elevations. We’ve just exchanged on our beautiful new house! Elevation estates agents were brilliant. We had quite a roller coaster with other parties in the chain making the process quite stressful but Grant and his elevation team were amazing and really went above and beyond to help us!! From the moment we had our offer accepted on our purchase Grant was there with any help we needed and sent weekly pictures and updates of our new home which were greatly received! I'm Extremely happy with the process of buying my flat with Elevation. From start to finish they have been wonderful. Saurav showed me around the flat on both my first and second viewing and was very patient and happy to answer my many questions. An assett to Elevation for sure. Grant was also brilliant and helped the process along massively and i'm pretty sure we wouldn't have completed until now if it weren't for his help and being always available when I needed him! Grant Ward and his team at Elevation have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From starting our purchase on our new home back in the summer to completion this month, Grant and his team have been exceptional with their service. Any question/query/ concern we had they haven’t at any stage made us feel any question was irrelevant. Grant as Director of his branch has been so hands on with our house purchase, which is such a rarity to see when he is managing a lot of developments and everyone wanting his time. We recently completed on a house bought via Elevation Estate agents. They were absolutely brilliant at communication and moreover, after having a torrid time with our buyer and stuck in a lengthy chain, they went over and above to push all solicitors to do their job, get information from the top to bottom of the chain and constantly kept us in the loop. Honestly, if I think it was another agency the sale would have fallen through but Grant and his team showed a level of work ethic, professionalism and transparency that goes well beyond the plethora of agents I have dealt with in the past. Paula Grant and Surav was amazing these lot from start to finish helped my other half get a house within 2months through the Christmas period. I can't thank them enough on how prompt they were, they even went out the way and got our solicitor to put there foot down. If anyone needs a house I'd suggest avoid every other estate agent in Bedford cause they were f@#$^&£ useless as they really didnt believe we were interested in a house.
