Even with a tenant opposed to viewings, Brexit rumours of prices falling, COVID-19 and lockdown Michael and Tom continued to professionally market the house to appropriate potential buyers. After lockdown restrictions were lifted and the tenant moved out, the house was sold in a week due to the interest they had proactively generated. Michael is a well respected local estate agent and his approach is refreshing and customer focused. The house had been on the market with other estate agents however Michael was recommended by three friends so changing made sense and a sale came to fruition quickly. We were also given detailed weekly updates once the sale was agreed, with Michael and Tom liaising with solicitors and the buyer to keep things moving to a swift exchange. We will happily recommend him to any of our friends.
