Simon and the team were very patient with the sale of our property despite 2 of our chains breaking due to matters out of our control. They stayed positive throughout, which was very welcome during a time of such uncertainty and stress! My partner and I bought our first house together via Goodacres. They were really wonderful from start to finish, making the whole complex process comprehensible and painless. From the initial viewings with Josh to completing the later stages with Stacy, we had a great experience. The only issue we had was with delays - but they ultimately came from the sellers' end and the Goodacres team were very, very helpful in chasing the sellers up and finding out information whenever the process seemed like it might stall. We would very much recommend them!

Typically, one would start writing a review from the beginning of the process of sale. On this occasion. it should start from the other end. Stacy, without her extensive help and support the whole exercise would have been a lot worse. She is very knowledgeable and informative, even outside the framework. Can hand guide you from A to B, as if it was a walk in a park. Simon and Phoebe are always there to advise on the best course of action. Both can assist on demand if necessary. The whole team is professional through and through.

If you want to sell your house in Bedford get these guys to do it. Phoebe sold ours in less than 7 weeks from offer to exchange! And that’s a pretty tall order with a pandemic delaying everything. She is an actual super star! We had a rocky start, (no fault off Goodacres) had a child with Covid which delayed viewings, they stuck to the guidelines and still delivered and got it done! They were tenacious, diligent, understanding and a total pleasure to work with. If you want an estate agent that will do their job with a transparent, engaging and hardworking approach, you would be a bit silly to go anywhere else, simple as that!! Goodacres Firstly, you are approached by two incredible intelligent …very attractive Brothers a family run Business an amazing positive team working alongside them.
