Choosing an estate agent to sell your home is a big decision. We based our choice on the investment the estate agent would put into selling the property, how listings are promoted, plus I wanted to work with someone I could trust 100%.
Our natural choice was to return to Simon, who has seen the property transform since we made our initial purchase.

Ive been dealing with Haart for my house sale and ever since I accepted an offer, Ben Sloan was in charge until the end. My situation was that I had to serve notice to my tenant and allow 6 months atleast until my tenant moved.
Ben was very determined, persistent, patient, professional, logical, understanding and kept calm throughout the whole process as he was being chased by the buyer (which was s very
particular person) and my situation with tenant was still not moving especially when the situation was not looking great as tenant was waiting for accommodation to be sorted by council. Ben kept both buyer and seller informed of every update and communication was top which made me feel very relaxed.
Throughout the whole of the 6 months I didn't once have to chase Ben for anything, Ben offered to help me with the forms and fixtures that the house required which was really good. This includes a broken freezer and boiler - each taking three months to replace. No smoke and mirrors.......no smarminess......no setting up viewings and being late to them or not showing up at all.....no seeing you as just a walking £ sign......no rushing you in and out of viewings (on what is a BIG financial investment for you, so you shouldn't feel rushed)......no devious or disingenuous half-answers to questions to serve an underlying agenda.
In a world of estate agents behaving like total and utter Estate Agents, I have to say that Haart in Bedford are doing it like I've always thought it should be done. Even as a deep-rooted salesperson-cynic, I was very surprised and pleasantly so. And I was really impressed at the friendliness and trustability put across by Shai. Her management will hopefully read this and know that she's a credit to that branch and gives a good impression of Haart Bedford.
And YOU should know as a buyer or a seller in the Bedford area (as I have been) that if you want to feel you're doing business with a more scrupulous and pleasant person, Haart seem a lot better compared to others in town. On the strength of a couple of viewings I attended with Shai, I then also wanted to use her for my sale - but the territory boundaries didn't allow.
