Been with Martin & Co the last year, fantastic. So stress free compared to previous rental experiences. Couple problems with the cooker and white goods, sorted quickly and without fuss (Thanks Jasmine and Michelle!). Offer plenty of notice for the inspection, don't give me any hassle. Staff are always polite, they never forget to call back or respond to an email. No complaints.

I initially called the office seeking some advice as I was having troubles with a tenant. I spoke to another agency before calling Martin & Co but no one seemed interested in helping. When I called this office I was passed through to Charlotte, and she took the time to listen and talked me through what options I have. She was really understanding and was able to answer any questions I had. Although the problems I had seemed never ending, she was always there and willing to help.
