Price and Wallace have been wonderful to deal with. They were quick to respond to any questions or communications I had with them. All the staff I spoke with by phone were friendly, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble…there were no ‘silly questions’. Considering that letting agents work for the landlord and not the tenant, Price and Wallace went above and beyond to ensure I still received a good service. I highly recommend using this agency.

PW manage several of my properties to an excellent standard. They have professionally dealt all issues from tenants including those incapable of changing a light bulb by themselves or even operating a blind. I had an unfortunate set of tenants in one property and they successfully removed them without court action. They stayed open all through COVID and are a lovely bunch to work with. Once we viewed the property time was of the essence for us and the landlord, Ruth kept us informed throughout the whole process in order for us to give notice at our previous residence quickly. We've had two minor issues since being in, including a boiler breakdown 2 days before Xmas, the issues were resolved quickly (we had heating and hot water on Xmas Eve), and communication kept open!
